The price is right, too. Support the local scene. Buy some of their pomade too, and flip your hair up like Morrissey!

I'm incredibly particular and my color isn't the easiest, but she pulled it off flawlessly. The salon itself is cozy/cool/modern and in such a fun spot. I also had the most amazing facial here too, just a few days earlier. Double whammy for sure! Can't beat a fantastic spot for hair and skin needs. Excited to go back for another facial - it'll definitely be a monthly thing for me.

She had an appointment for a signature haircut and blow dry last Friday, but the owner canceled on her late Thursday afternoon because she wasn't feeling well. Appointment was rescheduled for the afternoon of 11/18 and unfortunately there was a fuel truck rollover that closed I95N and congested other routes to the salon that prevented my wife from making it to her appointment. After the salon canceled the original appointment with less than 24 hours notice you might have thought that they would be accommodating of a long time client that couldn't get to the appointment on time due to the road closure. Unfortunately the late cancellation invoice my wife received for the full cost of the signature haircut would indicate otherwise...

I had shown this barber multiple pictures and tried to explain what it is that I wanted, he said it was complicated but due to his 25 years of experience he could definitely work with it. I leave happy until I washed my hair and realized how random parts of my head were cut shorter than others and how disproportionate it looks. I tried calling this location multiple times for days but they never answered. Their answering machine states that I can schedule appointments on their Instagram but they never answered there either. I had to look for the barbers Instagram page to reschedule with him so that he may fix it and he told me to come at 4PM on my day off. I live 20 minutes away and tell me why this man waits until 3:41, as I'm driving, to tell me that he is stuck in Hartford and that he can't make it. I am currently at the shop waiting to speak to someone about this because I'm honestly fed up with this place and can't believe it went so downhill. Save your money and go somewhere else.
