DO NOT PURCHASE VAPE PRODUCTS HERE. Bought a $80 Smok stick and within 2 days it started leaking everywhere. I brought it back and was told that I have to file a claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer needs a receipt that they were unable to supply. The employee would rather chum it up with everyone that comes in the store vs. helping people who are trying to make a purchase. read more

I 100% do not recommend this place. They sold me a horrible product, and refused to do anything about it. I bought a vape tank for $41.99 needless to say not cheap. Within 6 hours of owning it the tank started to leak PROFUSELY. The whole tank leaked down the whole side of my battery. I googled the tank, and tried fixing it myself. After 2 days of no luck I brought the product back in. They switched it for the same tank. While they are grabbing me the new tank they tell me everything is from China, so it's questionable products. How professional? Telling me your inventory is basically flimsy. So I now have the replacement tank and 4 hours later the same thing happens...Whole tank leaks on my hand. So I call them immediately. I was told the owner wouldn't be in until the next day. So on my third day of the owning the tank I go in there hoping to get my money back, or get it switched for a better tank. So I go into the store and the owner looks at it, fills it, and it started to leak in the store. So the owner sees it leaking , and tells me there's nothing he can do. I'm stuck with this awful tank. He refused to switch it for a different tank, or give me a refund. So now I'm out $41.99, and all the wasted juice from the leaking tank. It's bad business to KNOW you are selling poor quality products, and not back it when something comes up. Needless to say I will not be spending any money here, and I advise you to do the same. But if you do buy from here and have problems be warned YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AND OUT OF YOUR MONEY! Hope I saved someone from wasting hard earned money. These people do not care about you. read more
