In the past registering a vehicle in the state of California and and dealing with the DMV has proven to be a difficult situation to say the least. Adrienne assured me she can handle it on her end in Ohio, and she did. Today I received my plates and registration in the mail. I have to be honest at first, I felt she did not understand the complexity of the California DMV. I was absolutely blown away today when my registration and plates came in the mail without hassle. Everything I experienced from Terry Hendricks Ford has been nothing short of top-notch professionalism. Maybe it's the midwestern work ethic, or maybe I've just been in Californian too long. I made the 1.5 hour commute that night and sent pictures of all my paperwork to get the ball rolling. Alex and his GM were awesome! They even got me a better interest rate than what I came in with.
