You and your child will be lied to, you will waste your money, and the only way to "fix" your child is to allow them to figure out the world on their own and LOVE THEM, take accountability as a parent and know that some part of you has caused this broken side of your child. If you are considering placing your child in any facility, opt for mental health (in a health care facility close to home where you can be supportive and have close visitation) or allow your child to face their consequences in jail (again close to home) you will lose all trust and from your baby boy or baby girl and on top of all that, once they leave a facility like this, they are more broken and hurt beyond your imagination and will act up worse than they did before they were sent away. This isn't just my experience,I've watched everyone I've been in facilities with put their parents and themselves through more after these places. Be a responsible parent and don't push your child away with your money because you can't deal with what you've created.

They will nickel & dime you, they have two prices there price online and walk in. It's up to you to know to give the online price then it depends what floor. A 5x5 $39 or $47. Then they don't tell you until last that there is security fee of $10 then you have to pay for there lock $15. They don't prorate months so whatever day you start is when it's due. They act like its all a favor so you will reciprocate. But it's all a sales tactic. I drove down the street to Bella Vista storage within 5 mins I had a bigger and cheaper locker they prorated the month I was able to use my own lock. There prices are clearly marked. They don't hide it on there clip board. 5x10 $30.

Our stuff was supposed to be stored for 2 months, and it was, but when we were ready for delivery the driver picked up 1000 lbs in Texas and put the stuff in with our load that, we told, completely filled a 55 ft moving van. The driver only hired two assistants to help unload and by 5pm they just shoved most of our stuff into the garage! Fragile antique cabinets had the glass shattered, one box spring to a guest bed is completely missing, the feet were completely knocked off an antique Asian cabinet, pictures had the glass broken, and box containing a dozen sets of double sheets packed around my iron is missing! Orion didn't help us when we called about damage, and Clouds sent us a form stating we had only 10 days from delivery to make a claim and it took us longer than that to get our stuff moved from the garage into a 4000 sq ft house! We would NEVER use them again!

THIEF: He has kept my Baldez stationary exercise bicycle, expensive Honda pressure washer and other miscellaneous items. He has admitted, via text message, to having these items and promised to return them. It has been almost a year now and has not returned them and is not responding to my text messages. Taking and keeping what is not yours I believe is stealing. In my opinion Gail is a thief. FRAUD: I paid him close to $900 as part of the contract to insure my 4 cars, one a classic, and all of my personal belongings and furniture. During the move one of my cars had paint damage and other items were broken or damaged. I requested an insurance claim form for the damages. His response was that he failed to pay the insurance premium and now he has no insurance. So, what happened to my $900 insurance payment to him? In my opinion this is fraud. LIAR: He promised to send me an insurance claim form which he has not done so to date and now we know why not. He frequently promises you one thing and fails to fulfill what he has promised.
