I agreed to the price as I would get reimbursed by AAA and their local contracted company was unable and/or unwilling to do the job. The guy on the phone gave me an eta of 45 minutes. Problem solved.... or so I thought. I waited an hour and 40 min and then called back to inquire. No answer. I tried again and left a mesage. I called a third time at 21:39 and a fourth time at 22:36. I was ghosted. I ended up having to start all over with AAA since I had cancelled the original request as a result of the info i got from the person at Arctic Wolf saying he would be there in 45 min. I was stranded for 4.5 hours due to the misinformation i was given. I called them the next day to find out what happened and was advised by the person on the phone that he was the only driver and he didnt work on Sundays (he referred me to the hours posted online saying they are closed on Sundays which I did not previously see) and he had left the phone at the shop where multiple people had access. I have no idea who I talked to that gave me bogus info, but I do know that they are, in fact, NOT 24/7 as their ads claim and that is not the only falsehood I encountered.
