When the wedding was over we still had a large crowd of people still on the dance floor so sad the party was over. Donavan MC'ed without being overbearing at all. My guests told me they loved that this wedding didn't have any breaks -- the party just kept going. Most venders will allow a store credit but it's tough being a client attempting to create an event. The supplier is locking you in preventing someone else from having your day. If you cancel, credible reasons or not, it's a loss for the vender/supplier. They could have listed out on a 10k party and you cancel your $1k party. A Vender/supplier can't allow people to book days, prepare for the day, decline services to others for you on that day and you cancel. Penalty is the deterrent for you to work diligently and fairly for you to not have a loss. You working hard to make sure you don't have a loss ensures your aren't purposely creating a loss for a vender/supplier! With that being said, make sure you know a venders/suppliers policy and get it in writing before you pay anyone, anything! After weeks of BS from other venders I finally found Tiera. My party consultant wasn't creating the look I was envisioning for my 50th birthday. I decided to take matters in my own hands and design and create my party. I was looking forward gorgeous furniture. Venders kept sending me they ridiculous tables and fold up chairs. I wanted golden, 50th not high school prom! Tiera has gorgeous, I mean gorgeous furniture. She was very professional, on time and passionate about her set up process. They came in, built the furniture in the house and picked it up on time. Her prices are affordable and reasonable for what she's renting. I actually didn't expect the prices to be this fair but was delighted. She proceeded to increase the price after we had a verbal agreement by almost $1,000! she refused to budge even after removing items. 9/25/2020 I advised I wouldn't be moving forward and she refuses to refund my monies paid thus far. We do not have a contract nor did she ever tell me the deposit was non refundable. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Tiera as she was very rude and disrespectful after I didn't agree to pay. She even called me poor minded and stated I was trying to get items for free. I would never wish my worst enemy to do business with this woman, pathetic.

It was setup a day early and picked up exactly when they said it would be the day after our event. My communications and contact was minimal and they kept everything professional. We rented the adrenaline rush 2pc which was technically too big for our yard but our next door neighbor was happy to let us share a couple feet into their yard. Leaping to fun was a positive experience and I would highly recommend giving them a try and let them prove themselves worthy of your positive review.
