I attended a free estate planning seminar on June 29th at the Menifee Library and paid money to make an appointment with the firm. Time of appointments were not kept. Questions were not followed up on. A Zoom meeting was set but the lawyer was not present only a notary and there was no zoom call during this time. This firm is a very unorganized firm. And then no zoom meeting was held. July 2, I received an "Engagement Letter" from the firm recording the services I was to receive. Another meeting was set for a zoom meeting with a notary present. When I arrived, the lawyer was in another meeting. The office did not notify us of the change in the lawyers calendar to reschedule. read more

Although I feel that the documents are fine (I certainly hope so), their customer service and follow through sucks. They rush to get you signed up. They take your money (read carefully because the last half is taken from your credit card months before the document is ready). This has been going on since November, and I still don't have the completed binder. They come across as very professional, but don't be fooled. I'm hugely disappointed. I feel like their emphasis is on signing up new people...NOT finishing up or completing accounts they already have. read more

VERY Expensive,,, Questionable value for same as can be done elsewhere for far less. I had paid $4,000 for my trust in 2023 and felt they could make very simple changes today. I went to the Office today 3/09/26 to have a simple removal of one of my 3 successor trustee's (My Child). I was booked a 1 hour appt with Attorney John Lundry for $100 scheduled for 45-60 min. Attorney Matrona Freeman was who came in the room15 min late for my appt. After a brief discussion of the changes I wanted to make she stated that the Trust is in their computer and they could simply open it and delete the name i wanted removed. She needed to check with someone on what this would cost. She stated for simple removal of 1 name in 6 places and writing 2 amendments it would cost around $500. When I expressed my disappointment on how expensive this was. She stated it wasn't about an hourly fee it was about the value to me. I definitely have the impression this company values the Dollar more then customer relations... I again expressed my disappointment in their services stated I would not be recommending this company to anyone and left. read more
