After over a year the judge finally requested I appear. Scott informed me to show up at 8. I work mornings so I took time off work. I showed up and he was not there, I tired contacting him and I was ignored. I told the bailiff my attorney never showed up and what I can do they told me to come back at 2:30pm. I returned and Scott finally showed up. He didn't acknowledge me at all until I went up to him and told him to just accept the plea because I didn't trust his services after ignoring me. Part of the plea was house arrest. He never helped with that process and when I asked him for help and that I was stressing he said he is no longer counsel post conviction. You would think after messing up and ignoring me the last court date he would try to make it up but nothing. I cannot in good faith recommend Scott for his services. He did not have my best interest and caused me more stress and headaches. I honestly should've just gone with a public defender. Thousands of dollars later I feel in a worse situation then I started. I hope this helps someone from having a similar experience

Paul and Justin are the Best…read more They worked off hours. They had great quick strategies in my case, also based on thier vast experience. There were several other leading lawyers I interviewed and could have used (but they were not punctual, didn't seem as knowledgeable, put the scare tactics on, were overpriced), but I just really liked these guys (they are leading agressive lawyers as well), trusted them, and clicked with them. And I knew they were smart. They knew when to put on the pressure, and when to go in slow, and when to wait and allow things to fall into place. They heard me out, examined the evidence, and turned a hard case against me around in my favor. They moved on the case the very day I signed them on, actually avoiding I even go to court at all. In fact, through thier even handed persistence, they actually got the case completely dropped. They put up with my stressed emotional state on this issue, and actually calmed me down, and made me feel alright through it. Thier prices and terms were very fair. John Murray represented me in my dui case, and honestly I couldn't be happier with his services. Going through this was a really scary and nerve-wracking experience for me, but every time I spoke with Mr. Murray, he made me feel calm and safe and like things were going to turn out okay. And they did! My case is well past over at this point, and I've had the opportunity now to speak to a lot of other people with dui's, and everyone I spoke to agreed that considering my specific circumstances, Mr. Murray did a hell of job negotiating a good deal for me. I have friends who are jealous that their lawyers didn't do as much for them as Mr. Murray did for me (haha). He really did make the whole experience as painless as possible. Even once my court case was over, and my bill with his office was paid off, I'd still text him from time to time with follow up questions about my probation, and he always texted me back quickly and with thorough explanations. He didn't have to do that; his job with me was done. But he still treated me with the same care and professionalism as if I were an active client. I really REALLY appreciated that. If you're going through a dui and you can afford to hire an attorney, you should really consider going with this man. He's very much worth the expense. read more
