I had never spoken with him before this and did not hire an agent for my search. I was very disappointed that he blamed me for his pit falls and hope that this doesn't reflect the rest of the group. David is not someone I would ever work with or recommend in the future.

Extraordinary waste of time. I contacted this company about my interest in a property they had…read moreavailable. I scheduled an appointment through text for 11:30 AM on Saturday, 1/25. I get to the property about 10 minutes before the appointment. 11:30 comes and goes, no one shows up. Someone else shows up, apparently to see the house as well. I wasn't aware that I would be joined in tour with another prospective renter. I call their main number, no answer. I call Mike, also no answer. His voicemail instructs me to shoot him a text instead so that's what I do. At this point, I'm glad there's someone else with me so I'm not just sitting out in the cold alone. I stay until 12:00PM. At this point I've waited 40 minutes, 30 minutes after the showing was supposed to start. I still haven't gotten a text back. During our text exchange to schedule a showing, I agreed to a 11:30 AM time. In a confirmation text however, it said 11:30PM. Initially, I assumed I wasn't going to be looking at a house well into midnight. However, this shows a huge lack of attention to detail. I would not want this company taking care of my rental at all. I am blown away with their incompetence and sheer disrespect for our time.
