The day of the wedding the site manager and his staff were extremely helpful. They were there at a moments notice for any request and made sure the place was in perfect running order. My guests have not stopped raving about how beautiful the location is and what a great time they had. If you want to get married in Prince George's County, not only do I suggest looking at Park & Planning's historic rental properties but I highly recommend Billingsley House as one of the best.

Not to mention, I needed to buy an extra ticket and none of the 3 box office workers knew what B&W was. Then I was told to go to the Legends bar to buy it, but no one there knew that they were supposed to be selling tickets. What a complete joke, which is sad as the B&W events were a lot of fun.

It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. While the venue is very nice, I'm not a fan of the food. Both events I attended here had a very bland menu. The food was nice and hot but lacked flavor. Last night, I couldn't find one thing that I enjoyed eating. Also, the walls separating the rooms are not good at blocking out sound. We attended a gala with presentations and sometimes the music from the other room would drown out the Mic system so we could barely hear the presenters. Also, it is somewhat hard to find. The first time, we went to the church thinking that was it, not realizing it was around the back of the church. Maybe more signage would help!

There are lots of friendly staff to guide you in and provide instructions regarding entry and parking. Parking was easy and convenient we were asked to park so that everyone can pull forward to drive out. There is a quaint little bridge to walk over to the barn area from the parking lot. There are two spacious unisex bathrooms in the barn. There's a table where you purchase coins that are used to pay for drinks at the three bars available. There was one bar in the barn, one outside under a pavilion and one inside the large tent area. There was a outdoor stage and dance floor. There were several tented areas for seating and for vendors. The food was catered by Kitchen Cray. Chef JR and the owners of the venue were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all of the guests. I will definitely be back. I'm looking forward to patronizing the bed and breakfast. Don't sleep on this site. It's definitely a premiere business in Prince George's County!

Free parking which is always a good thing. Very few fans showed up the game I was at, but the ones that were there were very kind. I did not see any hostility towards opposing fans. Instead of a club level that surrounds the bases they have a small two story structure behind home plate, making the stadium feel much smaller than it actually is. There is an outfield grass seating area with a basketball court and bumper boats which were not in use. Unlike most minor league stadiums I did not see a carousel.

And after I went to Camden yards for the first time I also noticed it looked like regency furniture stadium was built on the same concrete structure that made that stadium. Overall I have been coming for a while and it never gets old 10/10 and I would say it's number two out of the three ballparks I have been to (the other two are nationals park and Camden yards) with it being like the new style wide open stadiums while also feeling like a cramped in jewel box stadium (which is good).five stars and rather it is your first professional baseball game or your 100th game it is a good place.
