The Onyx is a good product. The main problem was lack of communication. Our sales person didn't return our calls or email in a timely manner (2-3 days). 2 products were not ordered with the rest of the items and came late. Delivery of a replacement wall panel was supposed to be on a Tuesday but didn't make it so lets wait until next Tuesday. Two different delivery drivers called to say they were delivering it and they both called back and said, oh this is for a different customer. Contractor called and told me this and that I told the sales rep to call you. He never did. I had to call the sales rep and my product is coming in on Thursday now. After the fact I looked at their website and the sales rep was supposed to come and at least look where the install was going and he never offered to. I will not be going back. read more
