Also, they tried to charge me for work that had not been completed. Not sure if he is still there to this day, but Randy was highly unprofessional and literally yelled at me to leave their office, even though he ultimately gave me a credit to my bill because he knew I was right. I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. It was not a good experience.

I've been trying for 3 months to get a plumber out to the house to install a water line for my new…read morefridge. I got a hold of Witts as the new fridge was less than a week away from delivery. While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) Even though I did t use them for the new hot water heater project, I would still totally recommend them as they were able to get to the water line job quickly and I appreciate him giving me a heads up about the hot water heater.

Rob the owner stopped out and gave us a bid. We had a few other bids but settled on Kayl due to the fact the owner took time out of his day to stop personally and give us a bid. We spoke to Andrea the office lady and she was amazing help get us scheduled up a few days after. Our service man Brandon was very good he took time to make sure everything was perfect. Brandon went through the prosses of setting up and showing us all the functions of the new system and thermostat, after he was done he left the house cleaner than when he started, a few days later stopped on his way to a service call just to make sure everything was good. rob followed up with us a week later. if i could give them more than 5 stars I would. 100 percent recommend kayl heating and air.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - horrible customer service. I would avoid working with Brandy unless you have…read morenowhere else to go. I had six trees around my home and called Brandy for a quote. She quoted just the cutting of the trees down to just shy of $4,000. That didn't include haul away costs. Because my family and I were very resourceful (we had our own chainsaws, were willing to do it ourselves if needed and had the offer of help from a neighbor), we decided to cut the trees down on our own and save the $4;000. We cut them down with ease and disposed of the trees at our own dump site. Fast forward to the day I'm posting this (June 16). We cut the trees down, but still have all of our stumps in the ground as we simply didn't have time to grind out all the stumps. I texted Brandy asking if she would quote us on just the stump removal, and she replied at first saying it would be a two-month wait. I replied saying I would still like a quote if possible and she replied: "Maybe you should have hired me to do it all when I has time. Quality counts." The rest of our text conversation unfortunately got more and more unprofessional as it went on from Brandy's end. She even claimed that she knew we went with another service and paid them, which is 100% false. Again, we cut the trees down ourselves. Unfortunately because we didn't buy the "full package" from her, it looks like she's willing to be unprofessional and make you feel guilty for not choosing her. Again, pick any other service in town if you can. Being respectful and tactful should matter and doing the opposite like this instance should also have ramifications.

We were surprised with such an affordable cost to put in the wiring. When we first contacted Dale, he came to our house and explained the options we had to do the wiring in our basement. He explained each option and helped us decide which one best suits our needs. The service was professional, affordable, and very friendly.
