I didn't get anything, but my favorite items were the butterfly displays and the bug displays that had them in little mini vignettes like reading a book, smoking a cigarette, etc. hahah they were so darling and clever. Prices are steep but probably reasonable considering the uniqueness of everything here. If you're looking for a holiday gift for that quirky pal, come here! Frustrated at being able to get anyone to help me, I left. Today, I had a project, and I needed to find some old wood for shelving, so I went to the new location thinking it might be better. It wasn't. It was possibly worse. I think I was the only customer in the entire store, yet, I still could not get any help. The other people in the store - I thought they were customers at first, until I went upstairs, when one followed me up and turned on a light and then left, so maybe they worked there (or not). I had a piece I wanted to buy in hand, but when I approached them, they ran away to the back of the store. It is so rare and disturbing to want to give someone money, but not to be able to do so. I hate this place: so many great items and no way to buy them. I wish them luck. They will need it. I will take my business elsewhere.

We moved over winter, so when it warmed up I went in to clear it out. There were so many nice turds. Some of my bags and items had been actually chewed through and items are now damaged. The rent was raised several times throughout renting here. One month it was raised I think 10 dollars, then a few months later it was raised another amount etc. this happened for a while. I never complained or asked about a discount or refund because well, I just didn't. I got my stuff out and left. Now - the positives - I will say it's nice to be able to enter at one of the many entrances, they have carts on site to use, it is climate controlled and it is fairly simple to get in and out. Staff is also extremely kind, very nice and helpful. I think it's ok for the situation I had, to just rent for a short time then get out. I couldn't imagine leaving my things in here for an extended period of time. Especially clothes. Yikes.
