The instructors (from my experience) are safe & able to manage a class of 15+ people at a time. Everyone has their own pole which is nice. There are also a nice variety of different types of classes to join. The owner, Tatjana, is sweet & welcoming. My favorite place to take classes in the Amsterdam area!

The facilities are clean, bright, modern and well-kept. There's even a dance/yoga studio that's available for use if there isn't a class going on in it. So basically it doesn't feel like a torture chamber (like so many other unfortunate Amsterdam gyms). The only downside is that there's only one location, but I would definitely recommend it as a neighborhood gym.
