SCAM!!! Ordered transportation from Brooklyn to JFK. They send private car not car with TC plate( driver told me when we been already on the highway). While he was driving we had 2 situations close to accidents while he was calling somebody and trying to talk to me. I just told him to look on the road. So he told me SHUT UP and Who AM I and he knows how to drive and IM a woman and no way I will teach him how to drive. I caller car service immediately and explain situation but was told never call to their car service again. Probably the most disgusting car service company that I've ever seen in my life. I was parking my car when one of their drivers was in a rush and started honking amd cursing... I yelled at him to go and he didn't like that very much I assume cause a female yelled at him to go..... he proceeded to get out of the car walk over and spit on my car. This was an older Russian man that did this. Luckily I do have camera evidence because it happened in front of my home, when I called the company to let them know that one of their drivers did such a thing the guy on the phone told me that I can go ahead and make a police report and hung up on my face. Poor customer service The dude that took me home spend 20 min getting ready in the car. When I asked him when are we gonna start driving he used an aggressive tone and started complaining on how "everyone is always late" The same driver then proceeds to drive without his seatbelt on. I have used this car service since they opened , have in the past only had slight issue with language most drivers understand English,and whould Try to understand basic directions without GPS they were useless. On 12 /14/2019 @ approximately 3 pm was picked up from JFK ,on time for a ride 3 blocks from there base in Brighton beach, my wife &I were greeted in Russian no big deal ,we responded with a Russian thank you (spesiva) not sure if I spelled it correctly. He checked his phone & verified the address we responded in English . Now the drivers response floored us, he said & I quote,why are you using a Russian car service , I said this is the United states and we speak English. He replied this is New York not the United States. I told him that he needs to speak english . My wife tried to calm me down , after he made a wrong turn & made an illegal U turn we got home I walked away , had shoulder surgery wearing a sling ,my wife immediately called dispatcher & and he didn't believe her this went on for a bit and he said he would talk to him ,don't believe it .. 1. There are no set prices. You are at a merci of whatever mood the dispatcher is. Got dropped off at the airport on Friday for $30, picked up from airport on Tuesday for $35. Here comes the funny part.....I guess two dispatchers were working that day and one was feeling pretty generous. During my initial call I was told $30, however once I was picked up and on Belt -the other one says $35. 2. Oh and I strongly believe all disptachers including their drivers suffer from Dyschronometria. 3. The drivers are reckless !!!! Always in a rush to another stop. I had to tell my driver twice to slow the $%^& down. He didnt seem to understand that p$*$@. 4. The cars used to be much cleaner and smelled better. 5. Horrible service. I'm very very disappointed. They've forgot about my order after 15 minutes waiting and asked me about 10-15 more minutes to wait. I don't have enough time, i want to be at home at this late hour as soon as possible. And when i said that it's too long, the representative just asked me: Do you want me to cancel? You want me to cancel! I'm like Of course! And it wasn't once only. It happened really often. I ordered a car to Manhattan. They said how much should pay. I had several bags that I put in the trunk. When the driver arrived demanded to give tipes. In theory, tipes are given at the request of the client. When we arrived he did not even come out and help open the trunk. So "horrible drivers". And they charged me to much for such a destination.The result is a bad experience. I advise you to order uber, Lift, etc. less nerves. read more

I am a smoker, but I love their strict no smoke policy. No ashtray smelling rides!! 2. Best prices - you can call around, surprisingly they will always have one of the lowest prices (even comparing to spanish stinky cabs) 3. Instant service during off peak times like late evenings on weekdays. 4. Simply most comfortable ride you can get for long drives and airport rides. AVOID THIS PLACE ! I gave my car to the valet parking service operated by this location. While my car was in their hands, I received a $115 parking ticket. They returned the car to me after removing the ticket from the windshield. I have called dozens of times in order to get in contact with owner. I have stopped by three times to try to catch the owner. Each and every time, I get the same response "we will pass your information to the owner and he will gave you a call back" Guess what... not a single call. Started well with the advertised Lexus and Mercedes in their fleet - in time it's turned into less than mediocre local car service with luxury car makes becoming occasional. After some time I've concluded that their drivers aren't professionals - my feeling is that these are random guys who just know the basics of driving a car. Drivers eat with both hands while behind the wheel with a passenger in the back seat, practice aggressive driving in poorly-known to them Manhattan and push the breaks in a way that throws you off of your seat (while in their cars, do buckle up). It's pointless to expect any resolution from the management on any of the above matters, as they're simply unaware of the basic rules of customer service. It simply got dangerous for me and my family getting in Showtime cars - I stay away and I do recommend you try to do the same. read more

The service is disgusting. I rode with them too many times. I've never been late, paid the sum of money I had been told on the phone, gave tips. BUT! Recently I and my 9 months baby were in the Emergency Room of Methodist hospital, I called Show time at 3.54 a.m. with a baby crying hoping to get home and a man on the phone told me ' I don't want to send a car to you because you cancelled a ride and our cars are expensive for you and your address is on black list'(((( Guys! The car was late, when I called to ask where is the car, the dispatcher was very rude and yelled at me, saying that there is traffic and it doesn't matter if I ordered a car hours ago. The car finally arrived and I got in. The driver was talking on the phone very loudly in Uzbek language and TEXTING while driving was not watching the road. I asked him to stop talking and to be careful but he ignored me. As the result, I was late for a meeting and my whole day was ruined. I would never recommend this car service to anyone. I was excited to use the new Showtime3 car service. However, the dispatcher whose name is Arsen was extremely rude to me on the phone. He said the car was going to come in 15 min but I waited for it for over 40 min. When I called to ask where the car was, he yelled at me and hung up. That's unacceptable and unprofessional. He should not be an employee there. When the car finally came, the driver was unprofessional either. He looked scared of the road, didn't know where to go and almost got us into an accident. just arrived home, to nyc on a cold rainy night from miami, called from jfk asked if i can have a car to take me home to west 5th street in brooklyn. the dispatcher said bluntly "no", i was shocked and asked again. he said , "no, we don't have a car at jfk right now, and its too much traffic to go there at this time". i hung up the phone and called another car service who said immideately "yes, the car is on the way!"... nice job showtime!!! great concept brand new lexus but horrible service!!!! please hire professional polite dispatchers if you want your business to grow. with fierce competition all around you can't afford to talk to your clients this way. read more

Simply the WORST dispatching service. I called the Showtime2 for a car to get to work at 6.58 pm. Dispatcher (he told me his name was Igor) said the car will arrive in 15-20 minutes, as I found out later when I asked the driver he didn't have a car available at the time of the call and just lied about it not to let go of the customer!! It's the worst way ever!!! EVER!! If you don't have enough cars for the job at the moment and in any foreseeable future just SAY SO, don't take that order!! The car finally arrived at 7.30, just by the time I was supposed to be starting at work. To make everything WORSE he started arguing with me in a RAISED VOICE. I personally think it's inappropriate customer service and wouldn't recommend the Showtime Car Service to anyone unless they want to be late and cursed at.
