If you have a lot of thing to shred be aware that they make you feed everything thru a tiny slot in the top of a locked garbage container. If you are thinking you can just drop your 50lbs of paper into a container, forget it. My advice is use the money to buy your own shredder. It will be just as fast and pay for itself in no time at a dollar a pound! read more

These people can't be held responsible because of an others ignorance, inexperience, and lack of common sense. Something tells me she's not from Idaho. I use their services frequently and they are above and beyond helpful, courteous, and fair. The only negative is that they are not alchemists. They cannot turn your scrap metal into gold. Still strolling down memory lane, we came across a family book pertaining to my late grandma's side…read moreof the family, the "K" family (a very German moniker I might add). Flipping through the book and my renewed interest in discovering more about my family tree made me want a copy of my own. Mind you this was a spiral bound book filled with many interesting facts about my family, heck I was even in the book since it was first published in 1985. Grandma recalls having this book bound before by the team at Copies Plus so we went down to place an order for yet another book to be created. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and accomodating. He looked the book over and agreed he could do it the same way. I think it took roughly all day for them to do it and we picked it up the next day. The book was exactly like the other and I couldn't wait to get home with this to discover more about my family. It now sits proudly on my coffee table and with many thanks to Copies Plus and of course Grandma!
