Had a scheduled appointment for 9:00 a.m. Received a call ahead of time from Janina that Ryan was running a couple of minutes late, which was surprising as there was a record amount of snowfall this day and I didn't expect him at all! He arrived as promised and was courteous, professional, and cheerful despite the weather conditions. I absolutely would use this company again. You can't beat residential mobile shred services from this local Boise company. read more

Allied Paper Shredding LLC was established by a husband and wife team to bring a high level of quality service to the Treasure Valley. The business works with local food banks, charities, such as the Boise Rescue Mission, and other local businesses as a way to give back and support the community.

Meet the Business Owner: Ryan B.

Ryan is a former Marine Corps sergeant and deputy sheriff/SWAT operator. He has a college degree and also provides part time instruction at Forward Movement Training Center in Meridian. Ryan is also a graduate of NAID Shred School.

For starters I made multiple phone calls and left messages before anyone got back to me just to…read moreschedule a console and that was Weeks later. Phone Console was scheduled which they charge for their consults. I was told the money would not be taken out of my account until 30 minutes or more into the console, giving time to determine if there were grounds to proceed. My account was charged minutes into the scheduled time frame and I hadn't even received their call yet. I was told the route we were going to take, the attorney needed to verify a couple things and would get back to me in a week and that was couple months ago. Consequently my filing deadline has expired. They were real quick to take my money but very unconcerned with putting forth any effort to assist me in my situation. It's disappointing when you put your trust in a firm to help write a wrong, only to be treated in the same fashion. During my consultation I was informed that I would be receiving a phone call within a week to direct me in the process we were going to use to approach my case, I never received a phone call and have made multiple attempts to contact the attorney's office to no avail. I feel like if they were to put forth the same effort in dealing with their clients needs as they did charging your account, they would be unstoppable. I understand a consultation fee is merely that, but when you are assured prior your consultation that they would review your complaint and if there were grounds to proceed you would get a consultation appointment but if not they wouldn't waste your time or money. The attorney was very adamant on the fact that there were very strict filing deadlines and that we needed to act quickly, yet all that enthusiasm was lost with the conclusion of the call. If they didn't have the time to give my case the attention it deserved they could have said that before taking my money and a shred of Hope. I would have been able to pursue avenues elsewhere. I would not recommend this law firm on the basis that, I feel the care their clients deserve is not a priority.

I initially stumbled upon Diamond Street Recycling on Yelp (weird), I sent out a message and within hours Tifani was in contact and was welcoming with all my questions. After a few back and forth exchanges with prices and measurements I called to make an order! Tifani was great! I ordered and two days later I had my top soil delivered. Delivery day the driver called to let me know when he would arrive (I had a window of time). When the driver arrived we chatted briefly, I directed him where to put the top soil and he was out of there! Because of this great experience I want to make up new projects in my yard that will need Diamond Street's material.

I chose to go with a locally-owned company rather than a global behemoth because I wanted more personalized service; I got it. Wow. Ryan is a real guy who does what he says he would do, shows up and calls back. I originally reached out to another company- they never even called me back. If you need to keep your stuff secure in the Treasure Valley, call Allied. The other companies don't even have an online presence and won't call you back. I was thoroughly impressed by the integrity and attention to detail that Allied Paper Shredding operates with. There is a big difference between doing a job and doing a job right. They do it right! I have also seen them around town on numerous occasions doing charity shred events raising food for the various food pantries in the area.
