The worst was the guy installing a new main breaker panel using only the light from his cell phone & then mislabeling most of the outlets on the panel door. In addition, the panel wires were not labeled by them before they swapped panels, so they flipped every circuit breaker off/on to determine which outlets were on them. So, they created power surges across every appliance.
