A weird first and only experience. My husband and I came from out of town and he was buying beer…read more The cashier needed both of our IDs and wouldn't accept the photo of mine? Strange because we both have a Kroger rewards membership. Our Kroger and every one we have been too never make us both show ID when we are both clearly not children and if they did, they would take the photo of my ID. The cashier acted snotty that we even asked and we asked one question and said nothing else about it. Weird to be pissed that someone asked a question. Anyways, wrote this to say that this Kroger is 1/4 the size of any I've ever been too, and the workers are clearly all mad at their lives. Went two seconds down the road to a drive through that sold the same beer for cheaper. Good thing I'm such a whore for Kroger or I would be looking elsewhere.

It's a dirty Kroger, there's no getting by that. I shop here quite often and usually can find what…read moreI need. If you've never been here before then I'll be the bearer of bad news and tell you that it's a very small Kroger. Probably the size of a dollar general. They sell a little bit of everything. If you're local to the store and just getting a few things then it's cheaper to shop here but if you're stocking your entire fridge then just go to Athens or Logan. It's cheaper and cleaner and there's better selections. The bathrooms are what prompted this review, when I walked into the restroom there was literal poop stuck to the toilet seat. You can tell it had been there a while, there was also pee all over the floor and the smell was far less than what you would expect to be acceptable for a public bathroom.

On a road trip, I decided to make a quick stop at a CVS to get some water I'd bought in DC a few…read moreweeks before. I wanted some alkaline water so I could hydrate for a trip. This CVS is not necessarily off the beaten path, but it's not right at the exit of the main road (Ohio 33) either. The parking lot is small but seems to be able to accommodate the throng of shoppers in Logan, Ohio. The store offers pretty much what you would expect from every other CVS, but does appear to be a smaller location and the aisles were arranged different than my local layout. All in all, all you would expect from a standard CVS, with nothing really standing out, positively or negatively. In case you were wondering, they did NOT have the water I was looking for, but I did snag a few Gatorades and a Monster energy drink for the road.

As far as the staff I have no problems. Polite. But after having my meds here for a year full time…read moreI'm done. I have been waiting almost a week for medications that are lost in the mail. Because they were sent to the wrong address. They left off my apartment number. I'm on disability and a fixed income. I cannot get these meds refilled for a month and I have no funds to replace anything. Now I am left without meds I depend on and desperately need. Also the CVS App is garbage and constantly messing up. Pure nonsense. Pisses me off! If I end up with something seriously going wrong from not having my medications I may be looking into legal action.

This pharmacy is, without exaggeration, the most consistently unreliable healthcare provider I have…read moreever dealt with. I follow every instruction given--request refills on time, confirm availability, call ahead--yet somehow my prescriptions are never ready when they're supposed to be. This isn't an occasional hiccup; it's a pattern. I've missed doses numerous times because they fail to start filling prescriptions when they should. Instead of acknowledging their failure, staff routinely act like the problem is mine or like I'm saying something unreasonable. That level of dismissiveness toward patients who depend on medication is unacceptable and frankly dangerous. I'm far from the only one experiencing this. Many customers report the same issues: delays, excuses, and zero accountability. A pharmacy's job is literally to ensure patients receive medication on time. When they can't perform that basic function--and then blame patients for it--it shows a systemic failure in management, staffing, and professionalism. If you rely on timely medication, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Your health is too important to gamble on a pharmacy that treats deadlines like suggestions and patients like inconveniences.

They kept saying they hadn't received it and that I needed my Dr office to resend it. I got copies of confirmations from my Dr office of fax.
