The staff was very helpful and quick to great me, even though the place was pretty busy. The employee I talked to helped me find something similar to what I usually buy in Texas. He is remarkably knowledgeable And happy to help you find the right smoke for what you want. Staff is hit or miss on cigar info. The only thing missing is a smoking lounge that lets you bring your own booze from next door. My dream is to open a smoking bar on the commons and work with these folks.
