I went in a couple months later for my free tuneup and had the same great experience, then just a few days later I accidentally left my banjo in my hot car and got some string buzzing, but I brought it back in (thankfully it was nothing serious) and they kindly fixed it that same day at no charge. They also made the process of selling my guitar a breeze. I never leave reviews but this was an exceptional experience. I'm so glad I decided to shop local.
