She only offered a discount if I file with them next year. It is clear this branch does not care about the exorbitant cost to the people of this community. They do not inform you of the fee in advance. I truly believe they do not care. I hope this review will help others avoid this cost.

This location couldn't do both states but Louisville has a girl. They would send to her and email to sign or I could come in Lawrenceburg to in person. Told would be a few days. Two weeks later never heard from them still. I called and they beat around the bush for a few minutes then say the person is "on vacation for two weeks". I said I need to file and if you can't help then Ineed to know so I can find someone else. Another week, nothing. So I called and never gave my name but said if there is nobody that can talk I'll go somewhere else. Still haven't gotten a call.
