Now, there is no one can prescribe my daily Thyroid medications. Last time I saw my doctor was in May 2023. Then he left the facility and I immediately made an appointment with a new doctor. The closest option was March 2024, so I picked that date. Now, I ran out my daily meds already, and they refuse to prescribe them before seeing a new doctor. I have to take my Thyroid meds every day and they supposed to prescribe it until my annual check up. They do no care about patient care. I do not recommend this place.

I asked for confirmation and she only repeated my first name, which still did not sound correct. Upon being taken back to get my labs done she asked which arm I preferred. I wasn't sure and took about 5 seconds or less to think and she told me to "hurry up and pick one - there are people waiting to get their labs done in the waiting room". I was taken aback and so surprised by the rudeness I could only stare back and was barely able to get out "the right arm". She was wearing a mask and it was hard to understand her without seeing her face, but I could tell she never smiled with her eyes. The taking of the labs which is usually no big deal was replaced by a very painful experience. I've never hurt that badly before when taking labs. My arm is very sore and bruised. The first letter of my last name on the vial was covered up, so when trying to confirm it was correct I had to confirm but pointed out that part of my name was covered up and unreadable. I left feeling disappointed and saddened that someone would treat a patient this way. It may seem like a small thing, but for whatever reason it made me feel bad and makes me not want to return for fear of having the same person with the same experience.
