Recently he has been able to procure an amazing policy for my young driver with coverage beyond what we thought was possible given the budget. He has run multiple coverage amounts with several different companies on many policies to find the best fit for my complicated situation. While his staff may need some additional training to improve their efficiency and accuracy, I trust Tyler to help me with my insurance needs.

But Duane at Farm Bureau got back to me with the quote exactly WHEN he promised I'm not great on the phone so I had asked him for a cell I could text. Good thing. When he called as promised I was in a meeting so I texted him back. As soon as he was available he replied. Once he had all the info he needed to get a quote on an old mobile home, he got me a quote FAST...like in a few minutes! In the meantime I had never heard back from the other nice guy! So I texted him. He never replied. So I called him and listened to his message say he had to go out for a meeting and would return the next day. Next day...not in...another message. After all Duane's helpfulness I discovered my agent in Nevada is able to write the policy and it's just so much easier for me to keep everything with one agent. But I can say that, should I ever need Insurance in Payson my first call (actually TEXT) will be to Duane, because he was just as nice after I explained I'm going with my home agent, as he was when I first spoke with him. His actual reply in the text was " No problem. That is my job. Anytime".
