The lobby was clean and the staff were nice. Our booking came with a 4-person breakfast for each day and the breakfast was a half american half filipino buffet. The down side of our experience here was the slow staff service, such as room service, tech support, etc. Also, the rooms in our suite had weird unknown curtain and carpet stains, which were frankly disgusting (see attached photos). For the class and price range of this hotel, they could do a lot better in maintaining and presenting their rooms. We do not plan on recommending or staying here soon due to these occurrences.

I dabble into some photography myself, and I noticed the photographer for that day had preferred lower F-stop settings that blurred the background, making every photo seem more personal. Every photo ended up being so colorful and full of life, and I don't think there was a single photo on their album that didn't have a smile on it. Granted, it wasn't exactly a common event like a debut, wedding reception, or party, but I really think that Shutterpanda did a great job of documenting our event and showcasing what our advocacy was through their photos.

Test Kitchen allows him an outlet to be more creative. I asked him about his Noma experience, and he told me he was there for about a week as it was too expensive in Copenhagen. Test Kitchen is a private dining space. You'll have contact chef Josh to reserve. I met a food writer and she was able to text Josh and tell him to save me a seat for dinner. When I walked in, I was alone. Through most of the experience, I was the sole diner enjoying the tasting menu. It felt super exclusive. Chef Josh personally came over and explained each dish. I thought it was going to be like Wolvesmouth where you arrive and you sit with a group of random strangers. A couple hours later a group came in to celebrate a birthday party. It felt a little awkward, but as they entered, I was down to my last course. If you are a gastrotourist looking to eat at the best restaurants in Manila, do not miss the Test Kitchen. The chef is constantly experimenting and explained to me that his food is best described as "ingredient and time driven." The team would handle snaffus with other vendors, and they think of small but important details that can add to the comfort of your guests. For example, on the day itself, MCC provided all the ninangs withs fans that they can use in the church; at the reception, all the kid guests got a small packet containing bubble wands and some crayons to keep them busy. MCC mostly does weddings but they sometimes accommodate other events like birthday parties or anniversaries. The office is based in Cainta but Ms. Mayette happily meets you in locations that would be more convenient to you. If you are planning a wedding, get in touch with her asap and she'll even be able to give you recommendations about reliable and trustworthy wedding suppliers who can give you a great deal.
