Petr is a rare find ! He drove us to Cresky Kromlov , it was such a wonderful trip we hired him to drive us on to Brno two days later. We are from th e U.S. so english is important for us. Petr's is flawless & his knowledge is vast, so the trip wasn't just a transfer , but more like a private tour. On our trip to Brno Petr offered to show us a couple of villages on the way & a lunch stop. We thought that would be a great option, it's a three hour drive . There's no better way to reach Cesky Krumlov from Prague International Airport! Even before we reach the car, Shuttle Europe has been nothing but accommodating. I reached out to Petr, the head of the Shuttle Europe operation, via the official email months before my trip to inquire about a ride for my family from the airport directly to Cesky Krumlov. Throughout the email conversation, Petr was friendly and prompt in responding. This fact plus the reasonable price that Petr had quoted was what gave me the confidence that Shuttle Europe was the right choice to start our Czech trip. And I was right! After meeting our driver Ondra at the airport, we were led (to our surprise) to a private transfer for the price of a shared shuttle (in fact, even cheaper than some shared shuttles)! The 2.5-hour ride was in fact a 2.5-hour lovely and entertaining conversation with Ondra, the friendly Czech local who was enthusiastic in giving us an overview of Czech culture and cuisine. When we reached CK, Ondra didn't just drop us off outside the pedestrian zone; he instead went out of his way to lift our luggage (not drag because he didn't want to damage them on the cobblestone streets) to our hotel and ensured that we checked in. Our driver was like a friend and went the extra mile. It's always frightening to fly into a foreign country with the expectation that your ride out of the airport may fall through, but Petr's constant communication gave me a peace of mind and Ondra's friendliness gave our Czech trip a wonderful start.
