Called Shuttle Tran yesterday. Spoke with the Shuttle Tran Guy about a 5:00 ride from the Rome Walmart to the Atlanta airport today. Made the reservation and gave him credit card information on the phone. Come 4:45 today, I'm driving to Walmart to meet the driver and called the Shuttle Tran Guy on my way to confirm where exactly in the parking lot I should meet the driver... The gist of his response: no reservation was ever made yesterday and he never got any credit card information from anyone. He confirmed he's the only person who answers the phone and undoubtedly the person I spoke with. He confirmed he spoke with "someone" yesterday about a 5:00 Walmart pickup but said he never made a reservation for this person and never took credit card info. He certainly did take my credit information; he read all the digits back to me as I gave them on the phone. He was combative and tried to flip the responsibility for there not being a driver to take me to Atlanta on me at every turn of the conversation. Bad customer service, bad business practices, unreliable, and frustrating. If you're going to be the only rider for a trip, expect there will be no Shuttle Tran ride for you come time to leave so have a backup. read more

If I could give NO STARS, I would. Website fare = $40 one-way, but we were charged 25% more without advance warning. Then, the driver added more than 100 minutes to our ride--he bypassed our town, went to two other towns, then returned to our town. When we spoke with the owner about both matters of concern, he said, "I must have forgotten to tell you I raised the fare", "I want my money", and "That was a mistake on the website [fare]". Regarding the driver's actions, the owner said, "He lives in your town. He always does that". There was absolutely no attempt to make amends for these two serious matters. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY, USE ANOTHER SHUTTLE SERVICE! read more

Unreliable and Terrible Customer Service. The customer service representative is extremely rude and has a very unfriendly demeanor. Today I had a reservation to be picked up at the Kennesaw location at 7:30 a.m. and dropped off at the Atlanta International Airport. I arrived at the pick up location at 7:29 and got a call from Shuttle Tran at 7:33 to inform me that the van had left without me because I was not at pick up location and that the driver had called me (as he was supposed to do). When I proceeded to tell the customer rep. person that I was there at 7:29a.m. and no one had called my cell phone he got really mad and loud over the phone and repeated that I was not at the pick up location and proceeded to hang up the phone on me before I could say anything else. Just to be clear, I did not get any call on my cell from the driver as he claimed they did. I also like to mention that I have spoken to this same customer service person before to make other reservations and ask general questions and he has always been rude and short. I consider this company to be unreliable with poor customer service and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

We have used them for several years. The drivers are a bit rough, but wouldn't you be after driving in Atlanta traffic day in and day out! The fairs are great and they run ON TIME, so don't get there a minute or two before your time. They need to load your stuff! When there was a problem at the airport with luggage, one of the drivers waited for the person to get his lost bag. Thanks Shuttle Tran! read more

This service is convenient and the price is fair. However, I can't believe the owner is able to operate a business while speaking so condescendingly to customers. We've used this company several times, but after this most recent interaction we are done. This man (owner) needs to read a book on proper etiquette or perhaps be reminded of "The Gold Rule." This shuttle was great! I was picked up and dropped off on time. The shuttle was easy to catch at the airport and was a great alternative to having my family have to come the whole way to the airport to pick me up and drop me off. I will definitely be using Shuttle Tran in the future when I come to Adairsville/Atlanta! read more

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person on the other end of the phone literally made me cringe when I tried to speak with him and I just could not get past a 3 minute "conversation" with him and did not even consider booking after the experience I had over the phone. It is really disappointing that with all of the wonderful growth in Rome, this dated and poor service model is the only local transport service to the airport. I ended up booking an Atlanta service for a Rome airport transport and although I paid a higher price, I am 100% happier with thecompany I booked AND their vehicles are nice, clean sedans. I will definitely use the Atlanta service again, regardless of cost, in order to be treated professionally and courteously and in order to have a classier and relaxing experience overall. read more
