I purchased certificates worth $1,200 towards a Last Will and Testament at a silent auction at a fund raiser. It cost me several hundred dollars. After discussing the fact that I didn't really need a Will, but needed a Transfer on Death Deed (TODD), I was told the certificates worth (supposedly) $1,200 would not apply to the cost of a TODD, only a Will. These guys are not honorable. I would not use them. read more

After experiencing an auto accident, the Law Firm I chose was the one I hired because I recognized their name and they supposedly had a good reputation. However they seemed very disorganized and, having just been in an accident, anyone can tell you that in order to speak with any of their Associates you had to go upstairs, which was near impossible and inconvenient, but more so made it difficult! My case to them didn't seem important enough and there were issues that they repeatedly stated how much better it would have been if my accident happened a different way? The entire case took forever and in the end when it was finally resolved the amount awarded to me , since it took forever they actually deducted a great amount stating it was for my Insurance Company ! since I had never been through anything like that, and waited an inordement amount of time for my case to finally end, I accepted d the terms! Needed information on a issue After 3 hours of paperwork, intake, transferring to the "family member who built this practice " i was told" oh sorry- we don't do that kind of law here" Hmmm maybe an improvement on intake, less telling me your story/ history and more interest in the potential clients entering. The distance, wait, time to figure out they don't do this was too much. Call first and get answers before investing your time Parking is not reimbursed and it can be a far walk as they are on main st and share slots with other businesses. Still have open case as far as I know..... In two years they have reached out to me ONE single time, looking for a single document. I sent said document along with clarification they received it. No such clarification was made. I have called several times seeking information on my case and virtually none was given, told case holder was not it the office. In two years all I have been told is that my last case note is to "schedule arbitration." They have provided me ZERO information on ANYTHING! I lost everything due to greatly injuring my shoulder on site, at work. Far as I'm concerned, as of right now, they have helped me in absolutely no way.
