Great company to work with! They did an amazing job in a timely manner and for a great price.

Javier Arana and his business Sierra Construction Inc. is the worst concrete company we have ever come across. Javier was hired and paid to remove a fire damaged slab and re-frame and pour a 40x40 flat slab. The slab was out of square, 9" short on measurements, not flat - sloped 9" north to south. We were told they could fix it. Javier and his guys cut the slab and tried to pour a stem wall to correct the issues because Javier refused to remove and redo the work. They cut the slab out of square a second time, poured a giant sloppy, very poorly done stem wall that was still the wrong size and they refused to make right on their promises and contractual obligations. Javier and his company are NOT registered with the state of Colorado- they are delinquent with the Secretary of State. DORA has no record of their business, and they refuse to provide proof of insurance policy. This has been a nightmare and Javier refuses to stand by his word. He is a dishonest man, he is a liar, he is unprofessional, and he should be ashamed of the work he did and problems he caused at our home. read more

I asked on Facebook for a good concrete company. I was given the name of Beau Wimberly who came out and gave me a quote using another company name. I got a couple of other quotes and finally negotiated a deal with him. A few days later some people from Sierra Construction who were very evasive when I questioned who they were and why they were doing the Job. They under poured in the middle of the garge and water runs back inside the building. One third of the inside pad was supposed to be flat and the other 2/3rds sloped to the overhead doors. They completely botched that and had to come out and bust out a portion of the pad and patch. They over filled the whole and bowed out the back of the metal building. I attempted to call and text the owner Javier and he refuses to call me back. Sunday I had to go buy a concrete blade and remove a portion of the patch so that the building was no longer bowed. I have now just noticed a crack from one corner of the door heading into the middle of the outdoor driveway. Stay away from these people! read more
