As a first time customer, she didn't explain any of the tanning options, prices, or lotions--I had to drag every bit of information out of her by asking multiple questions. It felt like I was bothering her just by being there. For a place where you're trying something on your skin and body, you really want staff who are informed, friendly, and willing to guide you. Not knowing better I had walked over from the car wash wearing tight pants and he went over and beyond by putting me in front of fans and in a stand up tanning bed to help the color really dry and to make sure it came out well.
