I was willing to pay UP FRONT IN CASH, they still would not see me. I have an urgent eye health issue. As a new employee who started with my company in the last few weeks, I am fully covered and can be seen by ANY provider-- and have confirmed such with my HR department several times today. My insurance WILL PAY. However due to the holidays and employee availability, my coverage is not yet confirmed with my insurance provider BCBS. This is purely an administrative timing issue related to my recent start date-- and I would be fully covered in the event I was seen by any provider. However--- due to the self serving policy of Morris & Romanelli, they refuse to see me unless they can confirm I am covered WITH the insurance provider.
