About 1 minute later she said it seemed like it was going to take awhile so she wanted to help me. I needed a box to ship my stuff and instead of just pointing me to the boxes she went over and helped me select the box that made sense. She also helped me tape everything up and even put something in there to insure it stayed secure. When it came time to pay she explained my options and let me know she would pick the less expensive option based on my needs which I really appreciate. Very good service and good value.
