I work for First General Baptist Church in Oakland City and we had been without phones since Thursday. Sparklight our telephone and internet provider, arrived Monday late afternoon and around 5:00 pm it was determined that it was an issue with our phone system in-house. I reached out to RG Telcom Tuesday morning and actually sent a photo of our phone system to them. The technician arrived that day and fixed the problem within 35-40 minutes.
