I don't think they cleaned the windows before they applied the tint. A razor blade was left on my roof which I found when I got home. It blew around and scratched up my car. There is also a big piece of black tape attached to my rear window to hold the tint on.

Option 3 was a referral to someone who was reasonably priced, but when I asked about an insurance certificate, they did not return my message ! My information packet from Sunsetter arrived a few days later and had Kapstar listed, so I left a message. While waiting, to have a backup plan, I asked my deck contractor if they would install and to my surprise they recommended Kapstar ! Charlie returned the call same / next-day followed up with insurance cert and then to schedule. Arrived on time and walked through the install options patiently. Then let me know of accessories that could make things better for the future. Even made some adjustments and handled getting rid of the delivery materials (cardboard tube). And so far so good on the install.
