I just got a call from this company that spoofed a local telephone number 760-527-4260. The call center agent "Michael" announced that he was from the "FHA testing dept" and wanted to talk about our loan. Obviously the FHA doesn't call people up to take random surveys so I knew this was BS. I finally got him to tell me the name of the company he works for. Looking it up, it's owned by Lending Tree. I talked to a lending specialist Morgan and mentioned that the call center agent totally misrepresented the call and she said she'd talk to his mgr. Our loan officer was great and responsive. At the last minute TM wanted to change the terms due to income to debt ratio issues. My loan agent was able to keep the same Motgage rate but change from 15 year term to 30-year term. This saved us a lot of money with an option to payoff our loan in 15 year at an effective rate of 1.1%. My loan officer is no longer at TM. read more

22 minutes ago I heard about this place on the radio, I then came here, read the reviews and decided to apply. My loan officer was Lucas Buckley and the processor was Tanner. Everything went smoothly for me until it was time to sign the final loan documents. We had a 8:30pm signing and the notary didn't show until 9:10pm (I understood, as I know everyone is busy with this refi boom) The notary was in a hurry, said he needed to get home because this was only a side gig for him and had a regular job, so while signing the notary only presented us with the signature pages. Couldn't really see any of the details of the loan but at the time I wasn't worried since he was leaving me a copy of the loan documents. We signed all pages and off he went. First thing in the morning, I reviewed my copies, to my surprise I had blank pages and the Note was missing page 1 and 2. I immediately notified Tanner of this and told him no way my loan was to fund without a copy of what we signed. (I think any reasonable and responsible homeowner would have done the same) long story short, Tanner nor Ryan (processing manager) was able to get me a copy of the signed Note before I left for the weekend (which by the way I would not have reliable reception) I had to rescind the loan and send in the Right to Cancel. Not once did they apologize or try to make it right. read more

I review when my experience is really bad or, in this case, really good. I did a refi w cashcall in 2018 and it was simple. I did another with them in March of 2020. It was simple again but they stopped funding the day I was suppose to close. Unfortunate! I started a refi w a similar company that currently advertises that you not go with inexperienced lenders. They, unfortunately, took a slam dunk file and could not finish the job. We signed finals w a notary in April and the loan just didn't fund. Complete waste of time. So we started the process w interactive and it was similar to cashcall. Simple and good rate for the time period. We did not end up in the best loan they offered due to the staff not taking the time they should have. Not a big deal but noteworthy. We funded with them but after a few months rates lowered and we started the process with Alex at True Mortgage (sign on the line). I couldn't help but think this is the type of company that advertisement is warning me about or more accurately trying to steel me from. I had never heard of intelliloan, interactive, prime choice, rate plus or true mortgage. I called them all and then some. Hands down, Alex provided the best up front origination support so that I was in the best loan and so that processing or uw would go smoothly. I got the lowest rate and he didn't disappear once I filled out an application. There were weeks I didn't hear from him but that was because they had it taken care of. I was shocked that the first I heard from a processor was with closing disclosures. Absolutely, incredible experience! I don't think I will need to do another refi but I'd pay a little more to go with Alex again if that were the case. He saved me tons of time that other lenders carelessly wasted. I would advise you to be very careful, be very observant (pay attention to details), and ask LOTS of questions if you are thinking about refinancing with this company. The process started out OK, butt that soon changed. From my very first (email) contact with Michael Duoug I made it very clear that I wanted only a "no-cost" refinance loan, and that need was expressed with EVERY subsequent email and phone call, and there were many. Michael said we qualified for the loan we wanted. So, when he emails the loan docs for electronic-signing and approval, what do I receive? A completely different loan WITH CLOSING COSTS of over $ 1,200.00!! I also brought to his attention that the loan amount was way off by about $ 5,000.00. After 2 days of calling and emailing him I finally got a hold of him and brought it to his attention. He stated he would change it back to the loan I want and make the other correction on the loan amount, He soon sent another loan doc for approval, however this one was wrong as well. The loan amount was still off by about $ 3,000.00 (Even after told him the exact amount after getting that information from my current lender). The biggest disappointment, however, was that on this new loan he sent me the RATE and APR did not match, which of course means that there are fees we will be paying somewhere. On truly "no-cost" loans the RATE and APR must match exactly. At that point I called him and cancelled the process as I had lost faith and trust, and will continue my search elseware read more

If I could go negative it would bTe minus 100... this is the worst Mortgage company to do business with. They do not have it together at all and please don't ask them to explain anything. They are a sweatshop and the leadership or lack of is non existent or rather his form is to ignore and hope you go away. It trickles down to the staff. To start with our loan was signed and Notarized and they came back a week later with more stipulations? Really? The loan officer blamed it on the processor who never called me back, also dating the manager--go figure! Then they officially closed on Sept 1, oh no wait, 3rd no wait the 4th..HORRIBLE.. So it is now Sept 16 and I still don't know who my service provider is. why? Because no one will answer an email, a text, a phone call numours calls. My payment is due October 1st.. to whom??? I had to call and email and talk to several people before the lazy manager would finally take my call and then became belligerent and rude. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills at this place. If you want a good rate please due yourself a favor and go elsewhere, the headache and frustration is not worth it. They won't get it right and could hurt your credit if you don't call constantly to get info. I am reporting to BBB and FCC..just awful read more
