I was then treated with disdain while my business was handled. My wife immediately commented on it as we left. Bad customer service is bad enough. Requiring fully vaccinated people to wear masks while displaying a sign that reads "Local Order: Masks Required" is worse. I verified with the City of Green Bay AND Brown County Health Department that no such order exists. Apparently the "local" store owner and/or manager is a mask fanatic, and wants you to think the government is making them make you wear one, instead of owning up to their position.
