I am a fleet director for a HVAC service company and I recently decided to move from a different signage vendor. I fortunately did not have to look far! Just down the street from me, I met with Doug and Denise, the owner/operators of the store. They immediately welcomed me in, sat me down with them and included me in the design process with complete transparency and coordination. Denise runs the office and communicates openly and often whether we are prepping for an appointment, or immediately following. I'd say the communication is excellent during the service too, but Doug works too fast to require it! Doug is a no-nonsense designer and installer; no smoke no mirrors but somehow the final product still exceeds expectations. I got to talking with Doug, and I was also pleased to learn his involvement with the local community as well; Doug and Denise are people who genuinely care. This place is joke, I called 3x to get a quote on a sign, they always said they will call me back, and never did, then I passed by. I give them pictures, sign demo picture, address and landlord requirements, only they needed to pass by and measure. After 3 weeks almost 4 I receive a call from the owner and he said he lost one of his installers and he will pass by. Well that was 3 to 4 weeks ago. Stay away from this place. Was looking to get some graphics for my rear windshield and decided to come into Signarama as I've heard that their customer service and quality are one of the best in the Bay Area. Spoke to Dave Mayne, the owner about what I was looking for. He took a few measurements and decided on perforated film as the material to put on the window. He saved that he would need a few days to create a proof so I could see what it would look like and get the design just right. To my surprise, he sent a proof via email later that afternoon. Talk about quick customer service. Had a few minor details in regards to the design. After that scheduled an appointment to get the graphics installed. A few hours later, it was professionally installed and couldn't be happier. Came back a few weeks later to get a banner for my cousin's foundation and again Dave was able to get that done quickly and even mailed out to her in Arizona just in time for the Golf Event. Came in to get some signage done for my business. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They took the time to help me with ideas for different material choices and designs for what I needed.
