While attempting to send a 22x22x22 baby shower gift to San Antonio, I was first quoted over $130 at UPS. I took my box home and re wrapped the gift in a 18x18x22 box. Brought the box back to UPS only to be quoted over $80 this time. Both times the workers just starred at me and offered no other suggestions. Just that it's the size of the box and where it's going, nothing they could do. Fast forward to meeting my lucky star Naomi. After receiving the same over $80 quote, she asked about the contents of my box. She then proceeded to measure my contents and offered a whole new suggestion and box size. Naomi going the extra mile and beyond, allowed me to cut my shipping cost to half. Just by knowing the contents and that it could fit in a 10x10x20. When you're good at your job and concerned about your customers versus just collecting a paycheck, it makes a world of difference. Thank you Naomi for all of your help and knowledge!

They were both so kind, friendly, welcoming and eager to help me. Naomi took care of my service and was very professional and prompt. I wasn't in the store very long, but for the short time I was there I couldn't help but notice the excellent service they were providing their customers. They were truly eager to please and willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. It's so nice to deal with a company that provides such excellent service. I definitely won't mind coming back to this location.

This is the only FedEx office I have encountered that consistently results in frustrating issues. We frequently ship RMA labels for warranty replacement parts. Manufacturers often send us pre-labeled FedEx packages, into which we typically place the defective part for return. However, this specific location insists on requiring us to repackage the entire shipment each time sure to the packaging being "express" packaging, a practice that is not enforced at any other FedEx location, including the FedEx ShipCenter in Aurora/Naperville. I believe this issue stems from a lack of training or misguided corporate policies. While the staff may be following instructions, they seem unable to apply customer service principles. For example, Israel "like I said" recently informed me that placing the pre-labeled package in the self-service box would result in the package being returned to me, a completely illogical outcome coming from a logistics company. With no other resolution to the problem than "you have to repackage it and pay for another label". I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with a manager or corporate representative. I hope to gain a clear explanation for the inconsistent practices at this location and how they can be aligned with the standards of other FedEx offices.

    I ordered a case of printing paper online and was told it would be delivered the next day, October…read more16, 2025. The online tracking showed partial delivery out for delivery, but it was never delivered. I called my local Staples store in Shorewood, IL, but they said they had no visibility on the online orders and could not help me. So I called Staples customer service next, and they told me it would be delivered the next day, October 17th. That evening, I called the customer service number to have the order cancelled. It would be easier just to go to my local Staples store and pick it up. I had a home print job to complete the next day. The customer service rep told me he had canceled the order. He had not! I could see in tracking it was supposed to deliver on October 18th (still with partial delivery indicated). Of course, it did not deliver that day either. I called customer service again. The young lady assured me that she had cancelled the order this time. I went to a local stationery store and got the paper to complete my printing job, and when I checked the tracking, it did not show canceled. I NEVER received a cancellation email from them. Now it was supposed to deliver on October 20th. The order was never cancelled, but it was delivered on the 20th, two days after my deadline had passed. AS a longtime rewards member of Staples, I am disappointed and pissed off with their customer service. I will NEVER buy from them online again. And if they don't get their stuff together, then I will stop going to the store to shop entirely.
