They have great hours as they open on a Saturday from 8am to 12pm. Mon to Friday it's 8am to 4:30pm. Sunday closed. I was able to get my fingerprints done within 15 min or arrival despite being 2 hours late due to a car issue. They are flexible and work w you as long as they are still open. Thank you. Mine cost $40 but some states like MI costs $104 for the same thing if you live in IL but need prints for MI so costs are varying depending on the state. Easy and free parking. They have an indoor free bathroom once you go inside the office. Get your TSA Precheck done here too! Don't wait on long airline security lines. And do not bring your temp drivers license. It must be a full one bc one person was turned away after driving 3 hours. Bring your passport or other federal ID as a backup. read more

Experienced credit card fraud after leaving this business. Staff kept my credit card behind their desk during the entire TSA pre check application process. Hours after leaving, my bank alerted me to near $300 fraud on my credit card. Customers should not have to hand over their credit card after submitting all their information. There should be a credit card processor such that customers get to handle their credit card at all times, rather than have to hand their card over for the entire process. read more

Didnt have a problem. Yes there a lack of parking. People should be prepared. Driv lic, birth certificate or passport. Make sure your items are not out of date. Have a valid credit card to pay. Simple things like these with speed up process time and remember: This facility is an offshoot of the US Govt. when the hell was the Govt ever fast about anything? They dont give a crap about us. I was here for TSA enrollment. Hint: complete your forms on-line. Also, if you are a walk-in come early in the morning. When I got there for my appointment, they were telling walk-ins that it was about a 45 minute wait. Okay, the space is very small for the number of people they have to accommodate. There are 2 waiting areas to try to spread the numbers more evenly because I believe there are 2 people actually verifying your information and taking your fingerprints. There is parking for 2 cars in front of the office. There are other designated parking spots, but I tried to park in one and knew I would not be able to safely back out if any more cars parked there. Poorly laid out. Parking is available on the street. Also, I am sure this program has now become the same as the airport situation, people are not prepared. A problem arose when a woman arrived with her birth certificate, but the name did not match her driver's license nor her credit card. So when the question asks if all your required documentation has the same name ~ they mean it. If you have changed your name, for any reason, since you were born, bring a copy of your marriage license or other legal documentation of the change, if you are not using your passport. The employees try to be nice, but I am sure they frequently get yelled at for the wait time, or lack of preparedness of some people. The website clearly states payment is money order, cashiers' check or credit card. One person came in with a personal check, again, who's fault is that? Good luck. read more

I made an appointment for 12:40. Arrived at 12:25 and there was another person waiting outside of the office. The office was closed, but we both at appointments at 12:40 so we figured someone just had a break and was coming back. No one ever showed up. I stayed until 1 when the sign said they closed. I called multiple times and there was no answer or machine. Another person arrives to pick up something and he also was not able to get his item. I had driven an hour and a half with a crying baby in my car for this, made an appointment, and there was no one there? Right before I left, a person told us all that she is there a couple times a week to pick someone up from the dialysis clinic across the lobby and she said that they close all the time and people are always waiting. This was very disappointing, and I was unable to get the service I required. I called the IdentoGo help line and left a message and never received a response. read more

Identigo was supposed to come to our site and do fingerprinting. They were supposed to show up at 8:00, but no one showed up until 9:30 and then they took half an hour setting up. Very unprofessional to not be ready until 2 hours after the first appointments were scheduled. read more

I would give this place zero stars. Showed up at 8 AM as I was told to come the day before when I called since she had a spot opened at 8 am. Showed up ready and the other lady Debbie who helped me was complaining the whole time because she had to type in all of my information and because I was there for the hazmat not to mentioned it bothered her to hear other people outside waiting talking! She said do you know how long this is going to take me?! She was rude to the receptionist when she came in to ask a question. She wasn't able to help me and she was just confused. read more

I went for my TSA pre-check appointment a few weeks ago. This Joliet location is on Jefferson across from Home Cut Donuts. The email I got said it was on the top floor of this building, but it was not. All signs pointed to a different entrance. I checked in and waited a few minutes. My appointment was very quick and the lady was friendly. This place looks very temporary but it gets the job done. I would definitely suggest making an appointment to avoid long wait times. read more

Starting a review about a terrible experience to hopefully help out some other folks. I registered for the TSA Pre Check and made a 1:00PM appointment. After waiting 30 minutes I inquired on the length of time it would be and was told another 20 to 25 minutes. I was then told that I arrived 10 minutes late and would be treated as a walk in. I watched them open the door at 1 as they were returning from lunch (I was 12th in line at that time). Go somewhere else folks unless you don't mind waiting for an hour+. They make money on every person getting printed there. read more

We went to the TSA enrollment center in Crestwood to be told they were not taking any more walking at 1 pm, after pulling kids out of school early. Older son went to Rosement checked in at 10:20, left at 5. I took my other two children to Joliet, after pre registering onlin, and only waited about 45 minutes as walkin s. Everyone was very pleasant there. Thanks to the great employees. Definitely recommend. Make sure you pre register online. If only zero stars was an option. First off, this storefront is poorly marked and easy to miss. It looks like an abandoned cleaners. The only redeeming part of my experience was the friendly young woman who was the receptionist. She told me that I might not have enough documentation, even though I brought what I was told to when pre-registered online and made an appointment. She called for a coworker to confirm whether or not I needed more, and he IMMEDIATELY began yelling at me that it was explicitly stated what I needed to bring for my appointment. Even though he was already yelling, he made sure to talk slowly so every word was understood. I had not said one word to this man and he was doing this in front of my 7 year old daughter. I can only assume that his reaction to me had nothing to do with me, and working a pseudo government job he probably expects people to yell at him. I recommend ANY other location than this one. I am going to Midway instead to go through TSA Pre-check. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more
