The actual decals lacked the clean, professional look we desired. And when I asked if they could make a smaller decal with no background for a whiteboard we had, they told us it would be impossible because they didn't have the tools necessary. Well, we found another company near by who did. And most importantly they DOUBLE CHARGED US on that order, while at the same time telling us the second decal they printed "because there was extra space" was for free.
