One man, I am sorry but I did not catch his name, gave me sarcasm when I asked him where to go for check out. I asked because no POS had someone anywhere near them except for the front which is for FedEx necessities. This man insisted that I go to the incorrect place to checkout and said that he would give me a discount. When in reality the checkout that I should've gone to was right in front of me. But I'm not about to go to a cash register with no cashier. That's silly. And I will admit that right now I'm blowing off steam as I did not appreciate this employees sarcasm. Management, if you're reading this review, please reprimand this person. Dublin was the one who checked me out she was present when this took place.

I was completely patient & kind to this guy & not only was he rude, but they also lost my package! The company I bought the dress from says it was 'Happy Returns' not scanning a drop off code (that I watched him scan), even after ups sent me a confirmation email that it was submitted & on its way. Honestly it's just upsetting because I showed up during normal business hours, I was extremely polite, patient & I even waited for another moment, asked if he needed anything else from me but he just stared blankly back at me for a moment & gave no answer.

The Office Depot employee was very helpful and worked quickly. The Print Center is just inside the entrance, so you can't miss it. And you pay for your order there, saving time. Love it. I'm going to go back and take some coloring books for adults and do the same thing. What an easy way to upgrade a gift.
