Honestly, the customer service is not very good here. They would never call or email like they say they would. In addition, frequently, I would get told that they were still 'waiting for more information' before giving me a quote on something. Seriously? Even if they have to go outside of the store for something to get done, how can it take much more than a phone call or two to obtain the information? If you are planning on having any custom work done, take your services elsewhere. The only reason why they get two stars instead of one is that they do have a wide selection of items, so if it is in stock, you are good to go. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

One man, I am sorry but I did not catch his name, gave me sarcasm when I asked him where to go for check out. This man insisted that I go to the incorrect place to checkout and said that he would give me a discount. When in reality the checkout that I should've gone to was right in front of me.
