I love the color regal white granite countertop that I picked out. They came when they said they would and did so around my schedule. What I didn't like was that the guys left such a mess cutting the granite inside of my house without tarping anything off I had that dust everywhere and it was so hard to breathe. And then to top it off the adhesive or glue that was used was intoxicating in the worst possible way. I was totally amazed in a bad way that neither of these guys wore ventilator I mean my house wreaked of these fumes still does and was coded I had to clean everything in my kitchen and dining area and even parts of the living room It was such a mess. Again I do like my countertop I just didn't like having to clean up all of the mess and then keep breathing that crap for days I was sick. read more

I would avoid this company at all cost. They are unprofessional and customer service is awful. I was stuck with them for a countertop through Home Depot. They cut the countertop short by an inch and a half on overhang. When I notified Jerrika she never bothered to return my call. I contacted Home Depot who in turn contacted her and we went back and forth several times and she kept coming up with a different lie every time trying to say it was my fault, which it was not. Finally they just stopped answering Home Depot's calls and emails. I am a retired general contractor who has dealt with hundreds of subcontractors and Signature Granite is by far the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. read more

Poor poor workmanship from the boys out of El Reno, Ok. Had to have them come back a second time to repair what the made a mess of. They use a round hole saw to cut a 3/4" Quartz backsplash electrical outlet and switch. Have you ever tried to stick a square peg in a round hole? They found caulk to be their best friend to fill in the gaps they left. Vent hood was not securely replace. I am going to have to go back and clean up their mess. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! read more

I am a remodeling contractor in NE Oklahoma, with over 15 years in the business. One of my customers wanted a specific type of countertop which required me to order through Lowe's. Lowe's subcontracted the job out to Signature Granite. Signature's tech came out to measure the countertop, and it *looked* professional, as he had a laser measuring tool which interfaced with an IPad device to produce the template for the countertop. On installation day, the techs came in and installed the countertop, which appeared to fit well, but then I discovered after they left that the hole for the faucet was in the wrong spot. Once installed, the faucet handle would hit the backsplash. Here's where the 'fun' began... The next day I received an automated text inquiring about the install. I responded and explained the issue, but it's like the text went nowhere. The next few days I called and left several voicemail messages , and NONE were ever returned. Now I'm explaining to my customer that they can't used their kitchen sink because of this issue. It took THREE WEEKS before I could get any kind of response from Signature. This was completely unacceptable to me, and imagine how upset the customer was. The solution was to forgo their thick backsplash, install thinner ceramic tile, and buy a different faucet. Not terrible, but it changed the look of the kitchen some and my customer didn't get exactly what they wanted. I knew I would eventually get the issue resolved since I had gone through Lowe's to order the countertop (by the way, I highly recommend homeowners AVOID Lowe's for this kind of service. This is the 2nd time I've had significant problems with Lowe's, and I don't need a 3rd time to teach me again). I put pressure on Lowe's and they put pressure on Signature to get the problem resolved. To sum up, it seems that they are apt to miss the finer details on a project, such as faucet mechanics, and their customer service is Horrendous. If their office was closer to mine, I would have gone in person to demand satisfaction. They do have nice products, but so do other granite suppliers. I recommend shopping elsewhere if you need granite or something else they sell. read more

Somewhere between Lowe's and Signature Granite the ball was completely dropped. I purchased my quartz counter tops in mid February and wasn't contacted until May 15 to even start the process. This after at least 6 phone calls and demanding to speak with the department manager at Lowe's. The laser template tech showed up an hour and a half late for his appointment after confirming it that morning. The layout couldn't have been worse. There was only one seam required and they put it in the highest use area of the counter top. The alignment of the seam lines up with the entry to the kitchen so it assaults your eyes every time you enter the kitchen. The seam is very noticeable to the touch if you run your hand over it. I asked them to polish the surface to reduce or eliminate the edge. They replied that it was normal for cut stone counter tops. I call BS. The install team was courteous and polite. But they were under constant pressure as they had my install and another install to compete that day. I don't know how many installs they had that day, but didn't show up at my house until 2:30. They very obviously rushed through the process. A cut made on-site as part of the installation is noticeably out of square. They had to cut away some of our sheet rock to make one of the sections fit because the fabrication was more than 1/8 of an inch off. In another area they failed to align the counter top to the cabinets. I paid for a premier counter top. The material is spectacular. Unfortunately the fabrication and installation was apparently competed by the three stooges. I was told two days ago they would send a manager out to go over the job with me. I've not heard anything since. read more

I truly wish I would have known about this company before I allowed Home Depot to even let them touch my countertops. What a cluster. I paid over $3,200 for countertops that look ridiculous. They made a major mistake even with a digital template as they call it (maybe you should go back to the old school way and use a tape measure) Instead of owning their major mistake, they walk off the job and call their supervisor telling him my job was done. Not so... then Lenne whos supposed to be solving this problem avoids my calls because I told her no you are not compromising my structure to fix your mistake at my expense. My mother was a interior designer for 65 years with a excellent reputation. I learned a few things from her...good thing because I knew they would try to take the easy way out instead of owning it and then they don't have enough integrity to return your phone calls. My experience with this company is completely subpar. They had exact directions how to cut the slab (with pictures, calls, and agreement). However, when they cut the slab, they turned the slab upside down, so the whole kitchen counter project was 100% opposite of the agreed upon design cut. They took zero responsibility and would not provide any money back or redo it. Additionally, they were 4 weeks late in delivering the counters. Do NOT recommend this company! read more

Wish I would have read reviews before using this company. Their installers scratched our new hardwood floor, which we had bought from them a year earlier. We loved our floor, so decided to get granite from them. Their installers cut the openings for the sink and stovetop while they were already on the cabinets in our kitchen!! Dust and little pebbles from the granite went everywhere, especially in the drawers and cabinets that were under where they were cutting. They did not cover up our new wood floor at all. They continued to walk around on our wood floor with all the dust and gravel they just made, and it put little scratches all over the floor. You can't wipe scratches off of a wood floor!!! No supervisors ever came over to check the work. When I told them in an email what happened they tried to tell me that they give their guys rugs to cover up the floors. I told them they didn't use them, and I sent them a picture my husband took of them cutting out the sink area and the whole room was filled with dust! My husband was home the whole time, and they never put anything over our floors to protect them, you can also see that in the picture I have. They also got some of the corners crooked, and when they came to fix one corner, the corner at the other end was crooked. This whole time I was without electrical outlets in my kitchen because we had to wait until they got the backsplash completely done before we could put the electric outlets in. Their only comment was, if the floor could be fixed they would try and fix it, and whatever it cost to fix it, they would give us credit towards buying wood flooring from them to put in our dining room! After I told them that I knew for a fact that their guys didn't put anything over the floor to protect it, they never replied back. Dear Customers Who Are Thinking of Shopping at Signature Granite, Avoid this company like the plague. UNLESS you love zero communication, horrible return policies and the worst customer experience/service imaginable. When we first worked with the owner at the Neosho location, it was wonderful. We received the quote quickly and had our new and beautiful quartz counter tops installed shortly after. We then started our master bathroom remodel, we headed to the Joplin store and started working with Melanie. Things moved at a V E R Y slow pace. It took centuries, I mean 2 weeks, to even get a quote back. Take a look for yourself at the following email dates: 6/29: Emailed Melanie to ask for an estimate for the quartz counter for our shower 7/7: Received one (of many) "a little behind" email 7/11: Asked for quote for subway tile for shower 7/13: FINALLY received an email with our quartz quote 7/13: Emailed Melanie for pebble quote (for shower floor) 7/21: Finally got a quote for the subway tile and pebble floor 8/1: Subway tile came in (YAY!) and it was the wrong tile (aww!) 8/2: Pebble came in (YAY!) and it was the wrong pebble (aww!). 4 boxes were the correct original tile I had picked out and one was not 8/11: Still waiting on new shipment of pebble floor, and the secretary was blamed for this error. It was said that the secretary forgot to hit "send" on an email resulting in a delayed order, further resulting in a delayed arrival of new tile. 8/16: Received the "correct" pebble tile and it was, guess what? Wrong again. It looked like the single box that did not match the other 4 boxes. (Just so everyone can rest easy tonight knowing the end to this pebble madness, know that we ordered pebble from elsewhere. PebbleTileShop.com to be exact, and we received our [gorgeous] tile in a short couple of days. And can you say free shipping??) Speaking of pebble, I sent Melanie approximately 5 emails asking for a picture of the original floor pebble I had picked out so I could compare that with what we got delivered to us and also to possibly order a look-a-like online. Overall, here were our waiting years, I mean times: Quartz quote: 15 days Tile and pebble quote: 11 Days Time to get tile after quote: 11 days Time to get "correct" tile: 27 days It's not only the waiting that was absolutely ridiculous...it was the fact that all of the tile was ordered wrongly. But that was definitely the tile company's fault, according to Melanie. And don't even get me started on customer experience...With all of these mistakes/wrong orderings and what not, it always helps when the person at fault acts like they are actually sorry for what has happened. When I went in to both the Joplin site and Carl junction site, I did not hear the word "sorry" once. Am I really in the wrong to have normal expectations from a business like this in which I paid an arm and a leg at (it shouldn't matter WHAT I paid, however)? Is it THAT hard to respond to emails promptly and to just take the blame and say sorry for what has happened instead of blaming it on other coworkers? Have some decency...Although this situation would have still sucked (because this remodel has taken MONTHS all because of the shower) kindness and sincerity truly do go a long way. Like long enough to possibly even make up for the months of this remodel. Okay and lastly, an extra unopened box of subway tile was left over along with a few pieces of bullnose tile (that we paid for per piece) and a box of grout. I returned them to the store in Carl Junction to receive a refund. A couple days later I asked for the update on my refund and received an email from Melanie. We would have originally gotten $100ish back. But noooo way; not after a $55 shipping fee and $25 restocking fee! So we would be left with $20 after all. Thanks, but No Thanks. I will kindly be picking that up and just stashing it in my basement for possible future reference. And in the email along with the "estimate" for the returned items, it was brought to my attention that them taking the [WRONG] tile back was really a favor because they don't normally do that. What? Like, you mean I would actually have to pay for the tile that doesn't look anything like what I had picked out? I will say that this company has gorgeous materials and such, but you can find that anywhere! What you can't find everywhere is a great experience. Now, there are so many positive reviews about this company, and the owner is truly nice at the Neosho office. So maybe we just had horrible luck? Or maybe you should be careful about who you work with and just start off by going to the store in Neosho? Or MAYBE we can say life is too short to complain about stupid tile and that I should feel blessed to be able to purchase something like this for a home improvement project.
