Three of us were in desperate need of pedis. Fortunately, we were across the street from Signature and they accept walk-ins! Vinh & his team immediately made us feel welcomed. They have a lot of chairs with massagers, hot water, and a ton of colors to choose from. We were short in time, so we just had the basic, but for $30 the price was right & quality was high. They have a full menu of services that I would like to try out in the future. There are a lot of nail salons in this area, but I'm so pleased that we chose Signature. I showed an image of what I wanted with a with a slight different length and color. I asked the guy who was assigned to do my nails how much it would be. He went and talked to the owner I believe and she came and talked to me. I told her exactly what I wanted and I guess failed to inform him what I wanted and was going off by the picture. So I guess he got the wrong powder which did not matter because I was having a color on top.. and he kinda got an attitude at that point when I told him that. While he stated doing my nails I he noticed his hands were very clammy and he was being kinda aggressive with the way he would switch out drills and opened packets of utensils and throw my hands or grab them.. he asked me if I wanted design on two fingers and one was correct but I told him the other one was on a different finger. He kinda laughed at it like it was annoying. By that time I felt like he did not want to do my nails so I said sorry she didn't inform you on what I wanted but if you want i would prefer the owner to do them. ( since she knows exactly what I wanted.) he said ohhh the owner? You don't scare me... I can do it.. something along those lines.. and I was so confused.. I looked at him and asked when he meant... and if scared him? He started laughing continued doing a shi**y job. I eventually ended the service half way because I was going to give him a chance but at this point the color was way off, the length was way off and he couldn't even do a French tip. He basically gave me Pepto-Bismol duck nails... maybe even pencil erasers. The vibe was definitely way too intense. Like they were intimidated by me for no reason. Definitely do not go here. They are a joke, may look nice inside but definitely not nice customer service on his end. read more

Vincent was very detail oriented and kind during my appointment! I went in wanting chrome - he tested a few chrome powders on my nails so I could see what they would look like before deciding. He had no issue with me deciding to just go plain/neutral in the end! I have been to this salon twice and was disappointed both times. The first time was for a pedicure. The tech sped through and did a poor job. The second time was for a manicure and a pedicure. My friend and I got the same manicure and the same pedicure. Again, a rush job was done on the pedicure. My friend and I got the same gel nail color for our manicures. Her polish lasted for 2 weeks. I had one nail come off before I had left the salon! The next day, another nail came off. The day after that, another! I have NEVER had such a bad shellac manicure before. I used to always prefer going to Henry anytime I went here. He always did an amazing job and made sure that I loved them, but I guess he no longer works there. The only other nail tech that I have gone to when I've came here is Vincent. I appreciate that he will suggest different shapes and colors that would look good for me but I usually come in knowing exactly what I want. For this appointment I wanted medium length, tapered square nails. In the picture you can see that this is not tapered square and filed poorly. He also claimed that the lighter spots on my nails was just the polish and it sort of had a "marble effect" when you can tell he just filed down too much revealing the base acrylic. The clean up job on the edges also isn't very good and is gonna grow out terribly. Every time I go I get a full set, one color, same length, same shape, and it's always $50 but last appointment I went and I got Vincent, he charged me $52. I didn't really question it was just $2, whatever but for this set I was charged $60? Im not sure if it was because my boyfriend went up there by himself while I was still in the chair or if he just decides to do a different price every time? Like I stated before nothing changes I always go same length, shape, and one color every time. I'm very disappointed with my last couple visits. I'm sure the other nail techs are amazing but I haven't had a chance to work with them and sadly never will because I'm not coming back. From what I see from other reviews and what I've heard from people I know is that Tiffany is awesome! I decided to give the place as a whole 3 stars cause it's a good clean environment and I'm sure there are other good workers. read more

They don't charge what there sheet says. Also, you have to email and ask for the prices to be sent to you versus them being posted online. We made an appt for 2 dip nails and when we got there, they tried to talk us out of it. I stated I could do anything they recommended but my daughter definitely wanted dip nails. Once it was too late, I realized that they were doing acrylic on my daughter and not dip nails as she had requested. She was to timid to say anything. They advertise dip nails to be nutritious to nails and once we requested it, and they were trying to talk us out of it, she said it's the same as acrylic. Which it may as well be, but then that is false advertising. read more

I always go to this salon for my nails. I never mind paying $60 for a dip mani because it always looks amazing. Christine (the owner) is usually my favorite, but that was not the case tonight. I went in for a dip mani and requested artificial tips. She told me that my natural nails looked fine and that adding tips would make my nails appear bulky. I told her I wanted tips and she insisted that they would look better without. So I agreed. It became very apparent to me that she was not honest and only told me that to save her time. My nails looked horrendous! I am a nail biter and I get dip to make my nails look long and healthy. My nails look like nubby jelly beans, despite her promise of them "looking nice" without tips. I specifically requested a dip color called "off white", which has been my go to color for the past two manis. She stated that they did not have a color called "off white" and proceeded to use a white shade that I did not ask for (bright white and sparkly). I specifically asked for the name of the dip color the previous time I was in because it was my favorite. The previous technician showed me the color and it was labeled "off white". I saw it with my own eyes! It was so painfully obvious that she was doing anything and everything to make my mani as quick as possible for her with complete disregard of the quality. I will never recommend this salon to anyone and will not be returning. read more

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Was surprised by how clean and spacious the establishment was. The staff is fast, maybe not overly friendly. I tried a dipped nail manicure for the first time here. My manicurist helped me pick out a color, informing me which was sheer or not which was very helpful to me. There was not much cuticle cleaning as I would have liked during my manicure, however. In the moment, I was pleased with my manicure, but once I got home and got a better look at my manicure, I noticed the edges were ragged and not smooth which made me concerned that they could chip easily. Other than that, I was pleased with the look of my nails. With every-day activities, my nails have lasted, I'm just not 100% in love with the way my nails look. For $40 I just feel like they could've been done to look better. I'd give this location a try again as the service was super fast and efficient, and the establishment was nice and clean and didn't smell like nail product, but maybe I won't be getting the dipped manicure. read more

She sounded annoyed at the very task. I remained pleasant. She asked "what do you need?" I said I'd like a pedicure. I was already put off by her tone so I wanted to request the girl with the great review. I said "can I please request Christine?" Surprised, she said "I'm Christine." I believe the website was a little misleading in the fact that they stated that they have special services for kids. I was expecting kids size pedi chairs! First time ever using this place and was very disappointed with the customer service. I upgraded to the Luxury Pedicure ($10 more than the basic). One of the nail techs said the extra $10 was because of $7 for the callous remover and $3 for the foot scrub. My tech only did the scrub and not the callous remover because she thought I didn't need it, which meant that I should only have to pay $3 extra. When I asked them about it when it was time to pay, they said they were still charging me $10 extra. I explained how that wasn't fair and they still didn't change the price. This place is below average to say the least. First of all the owner Christine appears as if she has something better to do, her attitude is poor. Secondly, she is interrupting your "manicure" to show her family member (little brother?) how to use wax for a customers pedicure. Shouldn't everyone working at the salon be certified to do this stuff? he didn't appear to be. In addition, the poor lady was complaining that the wax was too hot and it was burning her feet!!! To top it off her family member talked about trying to move out of his sisters house because she is too bossy!!! What the heck? TMI!
