Really disappointed with our visit. My daughter's nails still had red polish left on from a previous manicure, and my own nails weren't finished with a top coat. I get my nails done quite frequently here. I got my nails done 3 days ago by Emily. She's done my nails before, therefore i know I am not allergic to her acrylic. Lee the receptionist who i would assume is the owner, proceeded to tell me our bodies "chemically change" and thats what happened. A bruise on my nail wouldnt form from chemical change. I understand they have a "no refund policy" which is how they get you, they have no care how youre nails come out at the end of the day because either way they're getting paid and not having to refund you. I was offered only a $10 gift card. I paid $91 for a short full set and very basic design. $10 doesnt pay for the damage to my nail. read more

Ridiculously expensive for bad quality. Got my nails and toes done in a pinch for a trip. 2 days after getting my mani/pedi the gel on my thumb nail chipped off. I came here with my niece and her friend to spend some time together. Sadly, my niece was separated from us because she was also getting a pedicure- they only do one at a time here. Also, please look carefully at rhe prices! They charge for everything! I got a fill with gel polish for $41; my niece got a regular pedicure for $39. These prices are more expensive than what I pay in California. Unbelievably, the place is reasonably busy. I got my first acrylics yesterday with my bestie for our birthdays I got pink oval square nails the person doing my nails made sure I liked everything before we started and I loved the end product ! The only downside side is when they are filing your nails you will most probably get hurt my bestie and my's cuticles were bleeding afterwards... but everything else was great they let us choose a candy too and the owner gave us a discount even tho we're not a frequent customer! The man at the front who is the manager is so rude and he won't consider any concerns when a nail technician made a mistakes with your nails. Normally I love this salon they are super fast and my guy gives an amazing foot massage. I go once a month for a pedicure. I'm here today, in my 9th month of pregnancy for my last pedicure for a while. Normally all the TVs are muted, but the owner is watching a football game on the one that is directly above my head, and the volume is ear piercing where I'm sitting. Been sitting here for 10 minutes and I already have a headache. I asked my nail tech if he could turn it down, and I watched him ask the owner. Not sure how much he turned it down, but it's still very loud. This isn't the last relaxing pedicure I was hoping for. Very disappointed with today's experience. read more

a lot of phenomenal reviews, which is why i went this evening! i asked for a classy pedicure which comes with all the regular pedicure benifits plus some extras for $46, i was totally okay with that! the shop was great, with the football game on, and was very happy on the first impression. as my pedicure started i fully enjoyed my time, until my tech was focused on everything except me. rubbed the same 3" of my shin while talking to the tech next to her. used one hot stone instead of two. & continuously wasn't paying attention to me, just going through the same motion and not paying attention to my whole leg. my nails are all cut to different lengths, dry spots and areas not even touched, and my cuticles were not maintained. i could have painted my nails at home. i didn't get no chip at the end because i didn't want to spend the extra money at this point & had zero opportunity to dry my nails before telling me i could go pay. read more

In town visiting friends and the thought of spa time together seemed great. I opted for a dip manicure. I got the dip but my definition of a manicure is a bit different than the service offered. There was no soaking or cleaning up my nail beds other than the awful use of a mechanical buffer. As you'll see in the pictures my "manicure" is sloppy and way over priced for the loud, assembly line experience. The staff was friendly which helped a lot but this was not a relaxing experience for me. If you are looking for a relaxing high quality experience you may want to go somewhere else. I wish I could say "you get what you pay for" but I paid way too much for this mess. I get a dip manicure every 3-4 weeks and they always do an amazing job! The place is always clean and classy looking!

I went And with a friend and my son who is 13 months old. I emailed them asking if I could bring him in and they said it was OK. Lee and Mya are terrific and know how to run a business and treat clients. I showed up without an appointment and they were super busy, T made sure to go above and beyond by taking care of me himself while also keeping up top notch customer service running the salon that day. I don't even want to give a one star rating!! This place is a joke! I went and I had a 28min $50 pedicure. When I asked her what the time was she said there 40 minutes From the time I sat down to the time she finished it was 28mins. I was going out of town so I had to get a pedicure and I had to get a dip manicure. She started my mani and several times she drilled so hard that it got hot and I was yanking my hands away. She kept going and acted like it was no big deal. She drilled on my cuticles, one of them started bleeding. It was just a horrible experience. I will never go back. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. It was also not clean her box for the drills were in were super dirty I just wanted to scream the entire time. It's been a week and a half and my nails are so grown out already and are lifting. read more

Edited to reply to their comment: She did ask me if everything was ok, however, I told her numerous times that I was not satisfied and she acted like it was an inconvenience to fix and said "It's just you". She even had me show the person I was with (whom doesn't use her voice and say her opinions) to ask her opinion and put her on the spot. How uncomfortable and rude? I don't care to have her "fix" them because I gave her plenty of opportunities when speaking my mind. I was kind about it as well, while she was rude. That's inaccurate about my cuticles, the dishonesty she is displaying proves my point as to why I won't be returning. Yes, my cuticles needed some TLC. The specific area I'm talking about (and clearly she does also) was not an area that needed TLC. It does now after she tore it up. Finally, I may have been there for an hour and 20 minutes, but she did NOT spend an hour and 20 minutes on my nails. I have been to Classy numerous times, however, the past few times have been bad experiences. This last time was their final chance. Amber T did a horrible job, rushed through the process of applying Dip Powder, and didn't take me seriously when I kindly told her I thought one of my nails was shaped uneven in the early stages of shaping before even applying the dip. She attempted to fix it instead of starting over and made it worse and proceeded to tell me I was the only one who thought it looked bad. Not only did she do a horrible job on the edges also, she rushed through my cuticles (which I paid extra for) and made my fingers bleed. Her solution to stop the bleeding was to apply nail glue to the areas. I will not be returning, so beware to those of you who want a good dip manicure. (It's also hard to see in the picture, but she missed applying the top coat on a quarter of my nail on the side so it isn't glossy like the rest of the nail.) read more

Best experience I have had at any salon in Wichita! I have been getting my nails done every 4 weeks for about 18 months now. Yesterday I tried Classy Nails for the first time because they are closer to my house and work than my last last shop and because I've heard such great things. I had Maya, co-owner of Classy Nails, and wow...what a fantastic experience. I did call 2 days in advance and scheduled an appointment. Once I arrived, I waited less than 5 minutes before they took me to a station and began the process to soak off my current French dipping power manicure. There are so many things about their process that really WOWED me! 1. The soaking process - Normally when you have old polish removed they soak a cotton ball with acetone and wrap your fingers in foil. At classy nails, they prepare a bowl with warm water, place a bag on top of the warm water, and you stick your fingers in acetone to soak. This helps keep your fingers warm while the polish soaks AND I feel like it was a very effective way to take off the polish. 2. Precision in the polish - Maya was very precise when she did the dipping powder with French tips. It takes a skillful and steady hand to make these look as crisp and clean as they do. I am very impressed. 3. Customer service - From the moment I walked in the door, people were smiling, greeting me and taking me. They make it a priority not to have people, who have appointments, wait long. Also, they offer complementary beverages (soda, water, tea, etc) which I think is a nice touch! 4. PRICE - I paid $45 (before the tip) for a "full-set dip" + French. Normal dip is $40 and then there is a $5 French fee. This is $5 higher than my normal shop, but WELL worth the extra few dollars. 5. Speed - I was there for 55-60 minutes MAX. From the time I walked in, until the time I left. They were quick with everything, even though the place was SUPER busy. All this to say, PLEASE GO GIVE CLASSY NAILS A TRY!! This will become my new go to place. They even offer waxing (amen for my brows!) and other spa services. read more

This visit my dip was so thin it chipped after two days when i went back they wanted me to see the same person so actually getting an appointment to get it fixed wasn't worth my time. $50 down the drain. read more

I've gotten more for less. The service was... weird, But the end result was good. They initially told me it would be a 30 minute wait, which I was okay with. 20-30 minutes later, someone came to put me in the massage chair and ran the water for my pedicure; but then she went to go work on somebody else's nails. Then somebody else came to check the temperature of the water, as I was sitting there with my feet soaking wondering who was going to do my feet for about another 15 minutes. That person also left me to go work on somebody else's nails. Finally, a third person came to work on my feet; and while I was getting my pedicure, a fourth person came to do my manicure. Absolutely incredible! I've never seen a nail salon work so efficiently. My husband and I came in on Saturday for pedis and eyebrow waxes, I believe I spoke to the owner when I made the appointments earlier that day and he was very courteous. We arrived early and we're able to sit immediately. Our nail techs were excellent and got us in and out in a breeze. Our eyebrows are tamed and we finished everything in a little under an hour! I recently moved to Wichita and was used to my old techs who knew exactly what I wanted, but since moving I've had a difficult time finding a salon that I enjoy. I got my eyelash extensions done here and she gave me chemical burns on my eyes. She then refused to refund me any amount and instead offered a discount on another set. She saw how bad my eyes were and still refused to believe it was a chemical burn. Said I was allergic. Talked to my doctor to confirm that it is in fact chemical burns. read more
