Harrison is a good power washer. However, he either needs to split-up a big job on separate days, or charge a little more and get an employee to help. When he first asked for most of his pay because he was too exhausted to continue, I said no, I would give half, and he could just come back Monday morning. He rested in his vehicle, after I offered for him to come into the home and rest in the air conditioning. He went on to finish the sidewalk and driveway, but the long area on the side and other areas, including the front porch, were unacceptable. I had told him to use chemicals on the driveway, sidewalk and porch in the front. He said he sprayed bleach afterwards, but it did not work well. I paid him, but told him that the concrete area and porch were unacceptable. He said he was exhausted, and I can imagine he was. He came at 11:00 a.m. and did not leave until 5:00 p.m. or a little before 6:00 p.m. in this heat. I felt he was complaining, though, when he said he had worked over 12 hours so he couldn't come back Sunday morning as promised. It was not 12 hours, or he would have worked until 11:00 p.m. Actually, I wanted him to come back Monday, but since he said he was coming back Sunday morning, I was willing to have him do it before I went to church. He did our home and back porch with 7th Generation Laundry detergent, making sure our pet was safe from chemicals. He was very accommodating. I said I would go out to the store to buy it, but he offered. Unfortunately, when he didn't come back today, he could not be reimbursed. I was even going to increase his pay $75 for his accommodations. The gutter cleaners had not cleaned the gutters well--Shine of San Antonio--and he said he had to remove black underneath the gutters, but splash marks from water drops could not be removed. He really cares. But others I have had power wash don't have small machines like his for a big sidewalk like mine, and if they do, their scrubber is bigger. Definitely, another person on the driveway and the front porch while he does the house would be much better for him. Definitely he is a five star on the house and back porch, which my neighbor said looked good. I had to hire someone else to finish the job on the front concrete and porch in the front. Most power washers would not be so accommodating, and he got the house and back porch clean with all natural detergent. Another company is coming this afternoon, as he had promised but did not. I will have photos of the portions not cleaned well when the new company shows up. He never answered the following message I sent on yelp: "Are you standing me up? I figured you were coming back today as promised, but you are not answering. So, I have had to request others to finish the job. Let me know if you are on your way. We can use my wash." I changed the star because I sent a message on 7/24/2023, 12:27 PM, stating "Are you standing me up? I figured you were coming back today as promised, but you are not answering. You could have said that, but instead you let me believe you were returning, stood me up.
