I had a great experience at Signatures Photography Studios. My sister had always wanted professional photos taken of her beloved dog (Stan, a 7-year old chihuahua), so we booked an appointment with Signatures for a 30 minute session that included a variety of backdrops, prints and digital copies for a bargain price, as their holiday special. Sean and Terry were awesome and very accommodating to Stan's shy quirks, i.e. getting up-close-and-personal with Stan trying to make him comfortable in the studio, petting him, feeding him treats during/between photos. We never felt rushed or pressured, and Sean and Terry were very open to our requests as well as offering their own suggestions. The time flew by, and after several rotations of backdrops, props and lighting changes (and a few bonus portrait photos with us and Stan), we left knowing we were in store for some great shots. A few weeks later, as promised, we were sent an email with a slideshow with some of Stan's glamour shots and they looked fantastic - some in color, some black & white, the photos captured Stan's subtle expressions, his physique and playful mood, and we were happy with all the backdrops and props. We have yet to order prints, but based on the fine digital images, Signatures did a great job working with Stan and we had a lot of fun too. Terrible company/people. I placed an order for almost $100 CAD and paid. 3 months later it still hadn't even been shipped. When I followed up with them for the third time, I was blocked from messaging them on Facebook (which is the only way they say to contact them). I've opened a paypal claim to now try and get my money back, since they blocked me the obviously have no intend on sending the product, and they won't even respond to paypal. They don't allow reviews on their FB page and filter the ones on their own website... and this must be why. read more
