But the real struggle was the service when we went to breakfast. The eggs were somehow rubbery and soggy, and the pancakes burnt and cold. My wife is a professional chef and said it's one of the worst breakfasts she's ever had. But we weren't going to say anything. But when the innkeeper came around to take our plates and asked "Are you done," we even pleasantly responded "Yes, thank you." But when she turned away and saw food left on our plates she mumbled "what a waste!" Again, we weren't going to say anything...but we quietly told her "There's food left because it was terrible." Instead of "Sorry you didn't like it" the innkeeper said "You don't know what you're talking about!" Who says this to guests? A professional chef doesn't know bad eggs and pancakes? Even without a professional chef, if a guest doesn't like your food you don't respond like that. She then said you should take a teaspoon of everything first too see if you like it. What?? No, you should expect the food to be edible. Then when I went to check out she held her hand out and said "keys." That's it. So I dropped them on the desk. She said "Have a day." Ridiculous guest service. I thanked her sarcastically for the "great service." And her response was "Whatever." Really class act

The Inn would be a great place for the wedding party to stay at. We stayed at the Norman Little room. It's not big, but honestly, since we only stayed for one evening, the size of the room didn't really matter. The most important thing was having an en suite bathroom and we had that. The next was a comfy bed, and we had that, too. The host was very kind and walked us to our room and we asked for additional pillows and she brought them right away. Since we're old and boring, laying in bed to watch Netflix was about the perfect ending to a great evening. Since we've never been here before, we didn't really know what to expect for breakfast. I wasn't expecting gourmet, so seeing hot eggs, potatoes, sausages, pancakes, and all the other basics (bagels, hardboiled eggs, etc.) was quite impressive. Coffee was coffee, k-cups and regular drip. Again, I don't come to a B&B to get fancy coffee, as long as it gets my heart started, that's all I need. I'm not sure what the pricing is like in the summer, but it was an awesome deal during the off-season. I would love to stay there again some time.

They apparently have smaller conference rooms too, but I've only been in the ballrooms that are divisible into meeting spaces. At least one room features wedding-cake type stairs with wrought iron railings in the corner - perfect for a bridal picture. It is a little odd sitting in a business meeting under chandeliers. They have wireless, which is convenient if you need to hit your email during your meeting. Locals come for the lunch buffet, served M-F from 11-2. It's a good deal if you eat meat; the three entrees both days included meat, meat, and a carb that didn't look worth the effort eating (one day gluey-looking pasta alfredo, the other day some sort of dosed rice). The menu refers to a "vegetable and starch accompaniment." So basically the vegetarian hit the salad bar (there are two; one iceberg lettuce, one mixed fresh greens, various mayonnaise or vinaigrette salads; the usual fixings). Really loved the all the different neon colored themed attractions & lights. They greet you with a pair socks and wristbands and you're all set and to ready party. All I could say is that it was awesome energy in here and let me tell you will burn out a lot of energy and break a nice sweat trying to keep up with the younger ones. Whether you're Defining gravity bouncing in the cool trampolines or doing the warrior challenge in the jungle obstacle play pin. There's plenty to do. Bumper carts , air gliding , rock climbing, laser gun tag arena..... this place has it all. There's a really nice cafe equipped with essential bites, a huge dinning hall where you can comfortably eat at a booth, table , or high chair bar like section near the arcade area. They also have private rooms you can reserve for every special occasion you can think of. If you do rent one,I'm pretty sure you can cater private food you special occasion and make the experience more memorable. I Can't forget about the massage seats they have throughout the building. They were really relaxing. Needles to say, We really had an amazing time here at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure. For anyone in the Michigan area wondering about this place, I Highly recommend it and I highly encourage all parents to push their kids into staying positively active and moving their bodies in safe and positive environment. The only negative thing I do have to mention is that there wasn't enough shoe lockers. I highly doubt that any kids or adults shoes would go missing in this environment but to avoid any situation be smart don't bring expensive designer brand shoes and get upset that you can't find a locker to put them in. There were bugs in our room! We stayed here for convenience…read moreto be closer to where our family was also staying. I was not expecting an extravagant place but at least a clean room. Our first room had dead bugs and big ants crawling around the AC unit and the corner of the room. There were stains on the bed duvet and mattress and also on the walls. We asked to switch rooms but was told they were completely booked. The next morning, I saw people checking out so I asked again if it would be possible to switch rooms and they were able to switch us. The new room also had dead bugs by the AC unit which I showed the front desk. They asked the house keeper to vacuum it up (which she gave me dirty looks for the rest of the trip). This room was slightly better (cleaner) than the last one. I stayed 2 more nights and proceeded to kill more big ants and pill bugs inside the room. Please note: We did not have food or drinks in the room or eat anything in the room. I even made my family eat their snacks in the lobby. I'm done with this place. Never again. Other mentions: they have a pool and serve complimentary breakfast.

The crew this morning at the front desk were awesome. We stayed last night I needed to do some…read morelaundry this morning. The washer didn't quite spin the clothes enough. So the dryer we ran twice full cycles and the clothes were still very wet. I let the front desk know that the machines weren't working very well, and they immediately insisted and taking our clothes and putting it in their large dryer behind the front desk. That was a lifesaver for us since we are traveling by vehicle all the way back to Boise, Idaho. We could've easily went to a laundromat to put our wet clothes in, but your team went above and beyond for us and we thank them for that. The room was great. The hotel staff was amazing. The breakfast was on point. You just need new washer and dryers if you're going to present that as an amenity. Thank you!
