We hired Island Electric to wire our newly built detached garage which is 14x18 including hooking up electric for the garage door, Tesla, indoor and outside lighting. The crew of three very awesome guys showed up and stayed until the last task was completed. In the interim there was a sparrow that needed rescue because it could not find its way out of the garage. Weird, right? We all tried to help this little bird and eventually my husband Merritt caught him with a net and the bird was A'okay. They did a fantastic job. The price tag we felt was reasonable and fair. We highly recommend Island Electric from the smallest electrical jobs to the big jobs. I also want to add that the next day, one of the awesome guys showed up with an electric vehicle cover plate so that we would not be inconvenienced to have to get it ourselves. We had gone out already and picked one up at Home Depot, but in our view he went above and beyond. And no, I'm not any of the guys' mother! LOL Great company. Great staff!

The results where terrible... Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

Tried to visit both of the Xfinity "offices" listed for Oak Harbor, WA. None were there. Went by…read morean office where the service trucks were parked. Office door locked, nobody visible. This is a fine example of Customer Service! I next called the phone number listed for one of the non existent offices and when trying to get customer service was referred to an 800 # that gives you the opportunity to speak to somebody "off shore", which means somebody with limited English skills. Isn't it wonderful to do business with a company that has your best interests at heart?
