If I could give more then 5 stars I would…read more Wednesday night I went to drive home to enjoy my day off Thursday at home, knowing my alternator was giving me trouble. I planned to fix it. But i only made as far as 5 miles down the highway south of mt Vernon. I got my car towed to anacortes automotive. After hours and left a voice mail. I came in at opening and explained the symptoms and what work was recently down. They fit my car into the schedule the next day. My battery still under warranty, at Les Schwab, needed to be replaced. And they took the time to goto Les schwab and get a replacement battery and fix my car that day sonic was ready for pick up when I was off work at the refinery. They went above and beyond. I try to support local businesses but I'm done with Les Schwab! They absolutely cannot get tire pressures right. Regardless of how many times you request the pressures you want they simply cannot get it. Just spent nearly $1500 and once again pressures were way off. Took it back and the young technician said their gauges were all off!! Ugh, you're a tire store and your equipment is way off?? My TPS sensors are suddenly way off as well. I've driven this truck since new and am on my 12th set of tires. I've never had to deal with these issues from a tire shop! I'm taking it back tomorrow to get the TPS sensors resolved. I'm sure they'll try to say they were bad but they are relatively new and reading perfectly yesterday. No more Schwab for me. Terrible service. Update: I took the truck to Les Schwab in Burlington as I have no trust in the Anacortes operation. There was NO TPS sensor in the left rear tire! They forgot to re-install it. The folks in Burlington took care of me and honored Schwabs warranty. I'll have them do my rotations henceforth and may buy tires from them in the future. My hope is the Anacortes shop will listen to this very honest review and improve their quality. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews and I want businesses to do well and provide good employment for folks.

My car was dirty, and I didn't want to show up around family look like I don't love my car. When I pulled up here, I thought it was a mistake, because it didn't look like an automated car wash. The set up here was touchless which was a bonus, but based on the weak infrastructure, it's not designed to remove dirt and grime. I think this is a great setup for summer when you car gets dusty or spotty from rain, but I would give this place about a C for overall cleanliness and $14, it's almost twice as expensive as my local Costco Carwash which cleans and dries my cars better and over more services as well. In a pinch, this place will do, but I wouldn't tell anyone it's a must stop. This place has 3 star potential, but the price would either need to come down or the clean would need to be improved.
