My experience involved repeated clerical errors, poor communication, and a lack of accountability when concerns were raised. I completed my requested paperwork promptly, but some documents were not reviewed for months and became outdated, creating additional work for me. Several items were handled at the last possible moment within court deadlines, which created unnecessary stress and confusion for me. I noticed several errors which caused me to question the care and attention my case was getting. Among the issues: documents filed with the court included my first name misspelled, the judgment was returned by the court for correction twice, and my prior last name was not restored in the final judgment despite me raising that issue during the case. After finding these and other issues, I reached out directly and requested an opportunity to review my concerns with the attorney.
